STAYAWAY– DONOTBUYTHIS!!! Only works 1⁄3 of the time… Dogs just got out AGAIN!!! I’d give zero stars if I could. The guys Hal sent out to do our fence seemed unskilled and unsure of the answers to questions we had. On top of that my dogs got 10 minutes of training. That was it. I was told I was to train them from that 10 min session-they’re good. What? Now mind you I know many people with more reputable brands of electric fence and they were appalled to hear this– as their dogs received HOURS of training over several weeks. Furthermore we have had nothing but problems with the dogs getting through the fence because we are finding the collars only work sometimes so our dogs are learning to gamble it won’t shock them. I should’ve listened to advice to go with any other brand– but stupidly I thought it’s not rocket science. But for these guys apparently it IS. So I’ve had to spend even MORE money fencing in the yard with an actual fence. Horrible experience. I read reviews before I went with this company and in retrospect– they must have been paid to lie. This is a trash product or the techs don’t have a clue what their doing– either way DONOTBUYTHIS!!! I’m out $ 1500 for total crap that gives me zero piece of mind.

I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about this company. My close friends have had such bad experiences. After multiple calls to them asking to fix the fence, it still isn’t not consistently giving the dogs shocks so they are getting out of yard. They will have big problems if anything were to happen to anyone’s dog. Not a good way to run business. I’d stay away for the safety of your pet and not a waste of your money.

Freedom Fence did a great job installing the invisible fence. It was a challenging install with a few tricky areas that I was worried about. Joe and John got it done right. And training was a snap. Then I had a slight issue with the collar. I called Hal, the owner. He was about to get in his car to drive the hour to see what was wrong but I was able to resolve it over the phone with him. Great service! I highly recommend them.
