Wish I would have read the reviews for this location before ordering. ALLTRUE! I ordered an hour ago(11:15 am on a Thursday) and my order still isn’t here, I live 1.4 miles away! I tried calling to check on it, sat on hold for 4 minutes, then hung up and tried calling back. nothing but busy signal. Haven’t tried this locations subs yet… it better be good for the ridiculously long wait.

The manager of this place should be fired! For running this place into the ground!!! We ordered 3 sandwiches. This place was 8 minutes away from the Sheraton where we were working, after 40 minutes waiting for our food, we called and they said they were on their way and the punk who answered the phone hung up on me. Called again after 50 minutes and the same scenario. I finally just called back and cancelled! Complete waste of time!!!

I am so done with this chain, and if I could order from another location I would. EVERY. TIME. I order from here, it either takes them an hour to get here, or if you order it for a specific time they come WELL before or WAY after. Example: today, I ordered my sandwich for between 12:30 and 12:45. I take my lunch around then, and am generally busy until that point. The driver arrived at 11:30. It’s few and far between they get they order correct. When you call to check on where your order is, the managers are almost always rude. I’m so over sending in complaints about this store because they’re clearly never listened to. Something should change.

Worst jimmy johns in the nation. Rude people working there and the person that owns the franchise doesn’t care one bit if they send you the wrong food. If you are allergic to a certain food, and they put it on the sandwich even though you told them not to, they don’t care at all. Don’t eat here unless you want to die.

The sandwiches are always good, but the delivery times are anything but freaky fast. Don’t expect your sandwich to arrive in 15 minutes, give it more like 45. I or a co-worker order from this store at least twice a week, and we really really wish Cousins delivered… Order before you’re actually hungry.

Their driver hit my house. Waiting for a manager to call back. So far not impressed and wishing we had stayed with Cousins.

Okay… so Jimmy John’s isn’t my favorite sandwich place(there’s so many better options), but I was looking for a quick bite to eat. And, I have to say, the service was particularly terrible here. The place was dingy and the employees were rough. I felt bad for the one girl out of the three that seemed to know what she was doing. The other two… well… they were freaky terrible.

Freaky huge is all I’d have to say about the Lulu. Today wasn’t so freaky fast… I think most of the staff were just as fresh as the bread. The Lulu is one of their giant sandwiches with more meat and cheese than the regular 8″ subs. I went with the always amazing and filling, thick sliced 7-grain bread rather than the 8″ long classic French bread. Topped with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato & I went with the mayo on the side… with mayo packets. Because they lather the mayo on pretty good, even when you say light it still looks like a lot to me. We got our order to go. Before putting the car in gear and leaving, one of the sandwich makers came running out to give us the mayo packets we missed. Not everyone will do that. I’ve had enough instances where I’ve gotten home only realize I was missing either condiments or sides. So I appreciate when they chase me down the few extra feet to my car to complete my order. My sandwich was nearly as tall as it was wide. You need a big mouth to bite into this one… or you need to smash the sandwich a little. I just wish the bacon wasn’t cold. Otherwise it was pretty freakin tasty.

Everything about Jimmy John’s has the feel of slightly overdone cookie cutter chain. I guess I can forgive that. Unfortunately, the food… the sandwiches, in this case, make me wonder if people actually like this. I didn’t care for it, and I’m not likely to be back. Hit a Cousins or a Quiznos instead. This place is like Quiznos without the yum.
