Ok so you are not hopping into a new town car but service has always been great. The cars are dated. The price beats out most cab companies around and the dispatcher is always nice.

LaGrange/​Brookfield Cab has some really weird hours. I was using them a lot for business travel. Then they suddenly stopped picking up their phone after 8 pm. If a flight landed any time after 8, no one would answer. On more than one occasion, I ended up with staff stranded at ORD because the «dispatcher» (term used incredibly loosely) refused to answer the phone and dispatch a cab.
NOTE: I am hesitant to even call the vehicles cabs. Most of them look like death machines on wheels. Rusted up vans with rotted out seats. It often feels like they found a vehicle over at the junk yard, polished it up, and called it a cab.

My call to «Brookfield» cab started off on a bad note, but after the dispatcher called back to apologize my experience got much better. People just don’t do that any more. The driver arrived and was so kind and polite during the entire round trip ~ great customer service! I would use them again if needed and recommend them to others.
