Just had my daughter Avi’s bday there today and it was awesome!!! I love how they customize the parties, take tons of pics and pretty much take care of everything you need. I felt it was very clean and we never felt rushed. Absolutely loved their payed back attitude and friendliness. Will definitely recommend and come back again soon. Thanks for making my daughters day so special!!!

BUYERBEWARE!!! Had my daughter’s birthday party here. Total cost around $ 460 for 13 children. Purchased a package that included photos of the party on a disk as part of the contract. The party helper forgot to give me my party photo disk. Called 2 hours after the party to retrieve the disk and the owner advised me that he was told I did not want the disk by one of his staff members, WHICH I NEVERSAID. He then proceeded to tell me the disk had been copied over and all of my daughter’s 6 year old birthday party memories of her and her friends were gone. He offered to credit me $ 25. My 6 year old is devastated, and so are the parents and children that attended. The worst part of it all was the owner’s cavalier and cruel attitude about the situation. NEVERAGAIN!!!

I Had my 7 year old’s party here and couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment u walk in everyone is friendly and eager. The place is very welcoming and clean. There’s a nice waiting area for the guests. The private party rooms are a parent’s dream. The inflatables are clean, sturdy and great for the kids. There was plenty of staff on hand and very eager to help. They were attentive to the kids at all times! They even made balloon animals for all the kids! That was a nice surprise. The kids spent equal time in 2 jump rooms, both different but awesome. It’s nice not having to worry about other patrons, because your party is 100% private. The staff had the room all set after play with our cupcakes, beverages, etc. They really paid attention to the details. I will recommend Pump it Up to everyone. The kids loved it and the parents too!!!

Kids had a blast at Pump It Up in Brookfield. Too bad it was a bad experience for us on upsells. Same rooms but sorry no 15 kid packages, we can upsell you to a 25 kid package for more money. We get there and oh sorry we only have half the amount of the inexpensive goodie bag you originally ordered. We can upsell you on one of the more expensive one. We select the water bottle one and the owner or manager made it a point to make sure the employee notified us there would be no discount on that. The girl did mention a discount on the crappy balloon/plastic guy bag for $ 2.95 but figured for $ 1 more kids get a water bottle that will last for some time and went with the $ 3.95 bag. Just thought, «Really what does it matter which upgrade we buy to get discount? Whatever get every last nickel and dime from us because it will be last time I ever come here. You just lost a future customer.» Too bad because Braden liked it there and they would have gotten a second party if not for their first impression.

Going to a child-centered establishment, I expect a certain level of friendliness and enthusiasm from the staff. As soon as I got to Pump it Up, I was greeted by an unfriendly staff person who just told me to wait in the waiting area for the rest of my party who hadn’t yet arrived. While there, I watched a boring, uninformative, looped tape on Pump it Up. The waiting area itself reminded me of the old Skate U carpeted area — just as old and dated as that was! What’s disconcerting about that is that Pump it Up is a newer establishment and at the very least, it shouldn’t look, feel or seem dirty. I also didn’t see any safety plugs on the exposed outlets. The prices are just as wild as the times that can be had here! Depending on your package, you may get the chance to get into all 3 rooms, which all include inflatable contraptions to bounce on, scale or wrestle around in. If you want to joust or box, you need to sign up for those. There are gloves and helmets if you choose to do those activities, as well as container of Clorox wipes for when you finish. There are mostly teenagers working here, which would be okay if the professionalism didn’t lack as a result. Sometimes, it did. Other times, it didn’t. When children are there for a party, it’s all about them and their experience — not about what the workers were experiencing earlier that day or why so-and-so didn’t call him or her. Later, as we were led to our«dining» experience, it was so clumsy and disorganized. We didn’t know if we had to grab our snacks or not. When I got my cupcake, I was not given a plate. There was very much a feel of «Okay, hurry up and get done because we’ve got a whole lot of other kids here that need to use this room!» Things are way too forced and not relaxing. The rooms are all timed and for a purpose, but I feel that they schedule parties too close to each other so as to not allow for a more enjoyable experience.

I went here for my Godson’s birthday party last year. We had so much fun! And the kids liked it, too. P. S. Make sure you wear your best pair of socks, because you will want to take your shoes off to bounce, climb and slide. Wheeee!
