Terrible. They have the cards and memorabilia to boot but customer service was terrible. Instantly felt like a salesman. And when I brought my card collection in a 100 dollar worth figurine of Rivera and whitey ford he first offered 75 cash only to withdraw that to 35 dollar store credit in a matter of minutes. Straight businessmen. Dont care about the experience or the nostalgia. No way I’m ever going back there for anything just because of the way Tom and his son acted towards me and my collection.

I live close to an hour away, but when I’m in the area I make it a point to stop in! The owners are very friendly and don’t mind digging through boxes to try to find what you’re looking for. They have a nice selection of vintage and new product and lots of stuff for the sports fan on your shopping list-worth the trip!

Great place to take your self and child, owned by a father and son and has been local business for a long time. Do your ember when there was a baseball card shop this is one of the last places in CT where you can find all vintage and new sports memorabilia. Also in the same plaza is a great local Barbershop Gary’s Barbershop highly recommend stoping in and checking his vintage shop you will be amazed !

I’ve been going to Remember When for about ten years now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. They have all the new packs of cards such as topps 2014, along with jersey and auto cards from the past years. Also there is a great selection of vintage cards for fair prices. Sports memorabilia is also available with anything from signed jerseys to posters. It’s a small shop in a small town so you can’t expect them to have a Babe autograph –but they certainty do have a lot. The owner Tom is great guy who will help you and even give you a discount once in a while. The store even lists some of their items on eBay as while. All in all Remember When is a great card shop to stop in if your looking to add to your collection while getting that small business experience.

After reading the previous reviews, I decided to drive an hour to go check this place out. It was absolutely worth the trip! There aren’t many sports card/collectible shops left in the world, but this is by far one of the best. The owner, Tom, was working when I stopped in. We talked a lot of baseball and had some friendly conversation, I bought a nice rare card along with a few other things, and that was that. I envy anyone who lives close enough to this place to make regular trips. I know if I did, I would be there all the time, and be broke as well.

Fantastic owner who’s been there for years. Really takes the time to make sure you’re happy and is a genuine person to talk to. I’d recommend this store to EVERY one interested in sports memorabilia and collecting!
