After reading about the controversy associated with Sharon’s Unique Salons, and the public apology from the business, I decided to browse the selection with the intention of making a purchase. As I entered, donning a conservative hairpiece and business casual attire, I was not greeted until I approached an associate. Condescendingly, the associated asked if I was«here to see the pink and blue wigs» while turning their back to me to return to another customer. My questions were dismissively answered and I could not gain the attention of another associate after my first interaction. Although I was the youngest customer in Sharon’s Unique Salons, I do not believe that I deserved the treatment that I received and I do not recommend visiting the business. I’m very disappointed with my experience.
