Sounds Incredible Mobile

I bought a used Honda for my daughter that has power locks but didn’t have the typical ‘key fob’ to open/​lock the door while walking to the car. I called the shop, spoke to Annie who was extremely knowledgeable and professional and she assured me it could be done easily. She explained different options offered and I felt comfortable setting up an appointment. I was about 30 minutes late for my appointment but they still took me and told me installation would probably be 2 hours or so. (SIDENOTE: you can easily walk through the back of the Shop-​Rite, Panera strip mall from their shop to kill time). Annie called me on my cell about 1 ½ hours later to say the job was easier than expected for the installer and the car was finished. I have had no issues with this working and it does exactly what I had hoped for. Price was very fair and I will use this shop again in the future if I need work done!

Just coming back from yet another positive experience with Sounds Incredible, a mobile electronics business in the northern Fairfield County area. They are professional, friendly and extremely well-​informed. In this case, I had originally taken my vehicle to another business that couldn’t resolve my issues before going to Sounds Incredible where they quickly made an educated guess that turned out to be accurate. My experience with SI over the last 5 years now includes purchases of new stereo installations, alarm repair and now stereo reception repair. Highly recommend!

Annie and John are really great. I emailed back in forth with Annie for a few weeks while deciding on what Alarm system to get and her responses were detailed and professional. I had a small issue with my installation and John went out of his way to make sure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend using this shop.
