drive thru and service is horrible. Did not reload my card properly and if I did not call customer service I would of been out $ 20.

From an unabashed Starbucks aficionado– the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited! It’s a lovely, brand new store. Really, very beautiful space & windows. However, service is horrible & SLOW both inside & the drive thru. This store should take a lesson from 124^th & Capitol where the service is always speedy & friendly.

This Starbucks is way too busy for the size of it… staff tries hard but it’s always a long wait.

Come here and get a clover brew of some Starbucks Reserve coffee. I promise its the best coffee your ever gonna have!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. For some reason the easiest and most simplest drink on their menu in my opinion besides a regular coffee is their iced coffee. I always get this and have gotten it at multiple locations. I order it like this…” can I get a venti iced coffee, SWEETENED with non fat milk and a shot of espresso. «I always emphasize on SWEETENED because they always forget it. Even though they repeat it themselves. I think all the locations have different ways in making this incredibly easy drink. Some employees say it already comes w sweetener so I don’t need to say it which is bs and others don’t even put it on the cup so the person making it doesn’t know it has classic syrup in it because they never wrote it on there especially in drive thru!!! Which brings me to my point. Brookfield finally got a drive thru Starbucks. I was so happy! I ordered through drive thru… drink was wrong. No sweetener. Had to go back in. This happened more than 10x literally. I had to go back in each time and they would look at me like they were pissed because they had to make the drink all over again. Out of all those times… I have only gotten 2 free drink cards btw. Not a big deal just saying. The last time was the last straw for me at that location. This is what happened. I had went in this time because I knew I’d have to go in anyways for them to fix my drink vs if I had gone through drive thru. So I ordered my iced coffee, SWEETENED, non fat milk and shot of espresso. I watched the girl make it. Mind u, same girl who took my order so… she heard what I said and what I wanted. I noticed of course she didn’t put sweetener in it. She gives it to me and I said I’m sorry but I asked for sweetener. She looked pissed and said little to nothing… poured out the drink and made it again with the sweetener but the 2^nd time w/​o the espresso shot which I paid extra for. When she gave me my drink, I didn’t even bother to say anything. She already looked mad and was talking and giggling to her other co-​workers over the head pieces they wear. Very unprofessional. Attitudes are horrible. They don’t know how to make drinks and if they screw up, they get mad at you. I won’t be going here ever again. Immature employees.

Great place. Fantastic baristas. Good to see them in the AM. Not as warm as the old place. But, OK. Baristas still bumping into each other. Better set up behind counter needed.

It’s your classic Starbucks. Clean, good coffee, lots of room for meeting with friends. This one has a drive through and a pretty big outdoor seating area. I wish it had a fireplace, but it does have one of those long tables for groups and a few cozy leather chairs. This might become my fave meeting spot when meeting people Waukesha way.

Brand new Starbucks. Where Burger King used to be. As always fantastic and friendly service. Very clean. Outside seating, drive through. Great décor. Free Wi-​Fi. All the amenities of any Starbucks. So if you are in the area, check it out. Worth a stop. Someplace to feed your caffeine fix.
