I love this location for its employees. They are nice, funny, and very helpful. I was in the game department and had no idea what to get for my cousin. The man that helped me was wonderful and pointed me in the right directions based on age and the little I knew about my cousins interests. I was impressed that I also asked him about some princess themed toys for my god daughter and he took me to the aisle and helped me there as well. I understand how most stores run in general, so for him to go out of his way to help me and explain everything was above and beyond. I will be coming back every holiday :)

I remember when toy stores were clean, organized and most of all exciting and fun. Now they look like warehouses. Crammed full of crap. Dirty floors, bad lighting, etc. So why do I torture myself and bring my 6 year old here? Because they have everything. Granted you need to go on safari to try and find what you are looking for but they have what you are looking for somewhere. Don’t depend on a store jockey to help you either. Most of them just look at you with distain rather than help.

It’s Toys-R-Us, For some reason they think the maze you have to walk through before getting to the store is needed, but it’s not. the store seems clean, the workers have the fake put on smile. Tons of stuff, this store could be bigger so it doesnt feel so cramped.

Toys R Us… my old nemesis… we meet again. I rarely come here because I don’t have kids and also because Toys R Us is awful. Even though it’s a big store, it feels cramped — the aisles are narrow, there’s crap everywhere and nothing is organized. Finding the specific thing you came here for is always a challenge. I can’t even imagine what it would be like shopping here with kids in tow. If I go to hell… and I probably will… my little section will probably be a Toys R Us during Christmas shopping season. Still, sometimes you need Legos for a 3-year olds birthday party and you don’t want to run the Target gauntlet and you realized too late that Kohls doesn’t carry Legos. That where Toys R Us comes in.

Let’s call it what it is. During Christmas shopping season, this place is hell. Ridiculous people doing ridiculous things to get ridiculous toys for their ridiculous kids. I was lucky enough to find the gear I cam for quickly and proceeded to wait in line(purgatory) for 30 minutes. Luckily I was in line with some dudes in similar circumstances. One of them brought a flask, which I initially thought to be over the top but later found to be an inspired move. The kid at the register was a douche bag. I don’t need a back rub, but some eye contact might be nice as I’m asking you questions about your damn gift cards and no, I don’t want a bag for these 15 toys. I obviously juggle, Turbo. Shoot me in the face.

Toys R Us as a whole is a can’t miss. Who is going to hate on a store that only sells toys??? However there are problems with this store. The biggest one being space. I always feel like someone is in my way, or I’m in someone’s way, or someone wants to be exactly where I’m standing. If it was possible to make a HUGE Toys R Us store I would go out of my way to shop there. Another problem is messy aisles. They don’t clean and organize enough to keep the store in tip top shape. Other than that… I want to be a Toys R Us kid!
