Awesome delivery service and great customer focus. Ive used them a few times and love the ease of ordering online and all of the available options. it also seems like the driver always arrives ahead of schedule which is definitely a plus. All of these traits are obviously great, but the experience I had tonight is what makes them deserve a 5-star review. I had ordered delivery earlier and unfortunately my medium rare burger was extremely raw. Now it’s no fault of vrooms; however since payment went through them I had to let them know what happened. Without hesitation, they handled contacting the restaurant and immediately got me a refund. They were pleasant to deal with and I will definitely continue to order through them. Thank you!

I’ve tried this business before, and while it seems pricey(plus tip on top of taxes and delivery service charges), it is a good service if you are stuck and can’t get out. Tonight, my order was delivered wrong, and upon calling the restaurant I ordered from, the waitress said that the person in the kitchen was new. She said she would send the right order, and call the guy from Vroom to bring it over. 2 hours later, I try to call Vroom and no one picks up. Both the restaurant and Vroom are responsible to ensure the delivery are correct. Super disappointed, but valuable lesson learned. Once everyone has their cut, it’s not their problem anymore. Never again.

As a concept this is a very good and needed idea for this area. However, in practice it is a complete failure as it is never available for service. Someone explain to me when deliveries are available and when they are not. If a good app that can’t be used crashes will anybody notice? One * because I can’t give 0.

Love this service! I use it for lunch delivery at work on Main St in Danbury. Love that you get updates of where the driver is(«Driver is at the restaurant picking up your order now!») and that they’re fast — even during the lunch hour rush. The drivers are always nice and the food always arrives hot. Definitely recommend.

I love this service! I’ve used them a lot since my girlfriend takes the care to work. I love the fact that I can get delivery from different towns without paying a big delivery cost. They send out coupon codes for loyal customers which are a great way to get anyone to buy more, but they’re worth it. Drivers are always friendly and if there is an issue calling them is never an issue, they are very understanding and helpful.

I’m kind of obsessed with Vroom Service. I use them whenever I’m feeling too lazy too cook or go out. I’ve been a customer since the beginning and love the selection of restaurants. It’s nice to be able to get something besides pizza or Chinese delivered. The delivery time is reasonable and the food always arrives hot. Their website is easy and it’s awesome how many new restaurants they’ve added since they first opened. I always love seeing new options when I go to their site. All of the drivers are really nice and I’ve never had any problems with my orders. Vroom Service is a cool concept with great choices and service.

In theory, Vroom Service is a great idea, if it was executed better. It is great to have multiple restaurants that are not fast food to deliver to you and being able to do this online is convenient so that you don’ t have to worry about orders being wrong — you would think right? We have ordered probably every 2 weeks for a year or more. You are paying for convenience. However, about 50% of our ORDERSWEREWRONG. A lot of times we couldn’t eat the food it was so incorrect. And the worst part is, the owner would claim it was the restaurant’s fault versus owning up to the mistakes of the way they put the orders in. Talk about poor ethics– slamming your businesses that are supposed to keep you in business and you are supposed to be SUPPORTING. Yet, he was quick to bash them. Most of the time we would not say anything about the wrong orders and silly us kept going back thinking it was one-off instances. I did contact a few times and got an attitude from the owner, and never even so much as a THANKYOU for your hundreds — wait probably thousands — of dollars you have spent with our business. Never even a coupon or offer — nothing. A Thank you would have been nice. I am writing this review to WARN you don’t waste your money. Call somewhere else or pick up your food. It is not worth the money and frustrations. Don’t be a fool like me and keep contributing to a business who could care less and does not even honor their promise of correct orders — oh wait — actually if you look at their website there is not even any guarantee or commitment language. That is how little commitment they have to their business and consumers.
