The optometrists are nice, and that ends the good portion of my review. I have been going there for about 5 years because they are local and I like to spend my money locally, however, I’ve grown weary of the shoddy treatment. It took me almost a week to get a quote after seeing the doctor, customer service is rude pretty much all the time. And I’ve had it, I will not go there any longer.

It’s typically overall a pleasure visiting Cassey’s. Yet, I consistently receive and witness poor customer service from the front desk assistants on the exam side. They should be more friendly when greeting patients. When you attempt to ask questions, one lady in particular is very condescending and rude. She maintains this unprofessional attitude with doctor’s within the office and patients. They ask each client to sign numerous agreements to self pay for services not covered by insurance, without researching with your particular provider. I was overcharged during my last visit for services my provider covered 100%. I find the entire process inefficient and quite lazy on the behalf of staff. Outside of this, I’ve ALWAYS had delightful experiences with the frame repairer’s, sales staff, and doctor’s. I really hope this sore spot within the business is corrected.
