We have not yet decided which phone to purchase and where but I was impressed by «George from Ridley Park» and his knowledge of the products and plans.

I had the most disappointing experience here today. I went in to see if anyone could advise me about what was clearly a network problem (Galaxy S3 had extremely incorrect date and time as did a bunch of other Verizon phones in my office.)
The apathetic disinterested salesperson said my phone was too old to handle Verizon’s glitch today and probably would not recover. He had no solution, not even any fake apology or sympathy.
He then recommended that I cancel my order for the iPhone 6 plus as they have already been recalled and are shipping even later than planned. This is absolutely untrue. Also he said their store won’t display Apple products for fear of robbery, but said I could pay for one there and pick it up somewhere else, sight unseen.
If I had taken his word, I would be even further up a creek than I am now.
