Wendy’s

Food is what it is. service is at the speed of snail.
Wasted hole lunch break waiting for my meal. no crowd but drive through full guess that’s why I am the only one in here

Normally I wouldn’t bother going to a fast food joint, let alone spending the time to write a review for one… but the other day three of us stopped into this Wendy’s for a quick bite to eat on our way to visit a family member in the hospital. Our stress level was high, and we were in an area that didn’t look very promising so we figured Wendy’s would be at least consistent with all the other Wendy’s in the world (which didn’t leave us expecting much). We were sort of blown away. The parking lot was clean, swept, and even the exterior of the windows were clean. We walked in and the interior was beautiful– instead of junky chairs and nasty carpet, they had nice furniture, laminate wood floors, a fireplace, and wall-​mounted tv. The staff was clean, friendly, courteous, and on-​point (which, let’s face it, is rarely the case in fast food). Our food was… well, it was Wendy’s. But, it came out AS WE ORDERED IT, and in a timely fashion, so as far as fast food joints go, it was about as good as it gets. Kudos to the owner and/​or manager and staff who have this place looking and running great. I’ve never been in a drive-​through type place that was this nice, and I certainly didn’t expect it.

Just awful.
The restrooms were filthy and nearly un-​usable.
Food was dreck.

Let me first start off about the food. Terrible terrible terrible. The food is always cold, the buns for the burgers are usually stale, the food looks like it was slopped together, they never fill the frie cup up, the only thing they fill up is the cup ice to skimp out on soda, and i even found HAIR on my burger. NOW FOR THE SERVICE. The service is absolutely horrible, the employees are so rude and arrogant. The managers arent much to talk about either, they have a shitty disgruntled attitude as well. Being a manager of wendys doesent really mean anything. Half of them are stupid ass highschool dropouts anyways, which is why you have to repeat your order 100 000 000 000 000 times. All in all this place is a dump. Stay far far away from this shithole. When you mix lowlife loser employess with low pay and low grade food your end result is wendys. Such a shame but i guess thats the price i pay for wanting a quick bite to eat. just thought i would warn people. If you see wendys on edgmont ave in brookhaven pa and need a bite to eat. Keep driving. Your day will be less stressful.
