Rick the owner has now cleaned our carpets 2 times… we were using another company that will remain nameless. Rick does an excellent job. I swear they whole house looks new every time he does the work. He has start of the art equipment. Is really good at removing stains. (I had a party and drank some red wine).
Either he picks up the phone when you call or he will return your call promptly. You pick a time for him to arrive and he is there at the appointed time. I swear by him… I wish I had someone like him in the Marin.
