A A Speedy Plumbing & Heating

I had Speedy Plumbing install a new water heater and I paid for $ 100 for extended warranty. Per the plumber the only way to prove I have the warranty is to have the paperwork. The plumber seems to have given the paper work to someone else and is unable to recover it. I’ve been trying for almost a year to get the paperwork or my money back to no avail. This is horrible customer service. When people ask me for a plumber I always recommend someone else and specifically tell them to avoid Speedy.
Updated 12÷2÷2015. I was recently presented with the opportunity to work with Speedy Plumbing again and I must admit I was hesitant. After speaking with the plumber and seeing how responsive he was I was pleased. Additionally I was happy that he could make me whole after my last experience.
