I attended a shul kiddush catered by Andrew for a bat mitzvah last winter, and everything was delicious, expertly presented, and abundant. The grilled steak brochettes were tender, flavorful, and cooked a perfect medium, with a little pink inside. They were marinated in a most delicious teriyaki. The chulent was one of the best I’ve ever tried at a catered function; it was full of meat, the potatoes retained their integrity, and the flavors were rich and melded together expertly. The potato kugel was crispy on its exterior, and retained a creamy white consistency inside, and the lukshen kugel was full of cinnamon and raisins, and complemented the chulent perfectly. If I were to ever make a simcha in the Boston area, I would not hesitate to use Andrew.
