They’ve been there for us each and every time we’ve need them. They are professional, responsive and courteous. I’ve gotta tell ya. . I have used other property managment companies in the past. These folks are a step above. Period!

This is the worse company around! DO NOT work with them. They don’t do their job and they overcharge you for everything! Bad business people, bad work ethic (they don’t work) and don’t respond to complaints or help requested. I have written reviews in the past and they are disappearing! Wonder why… these folks shouldn’t be in business they will ROB you.

As a real estate agent and property owner, I work with alot of management companies. Certified does a fantastic job. Marie White has an incredible grasp of her business and handles even the most difficult situations with incredible grace and professionalism. If your association is looking for a new management company, you need to interview these people.
