Antonio was a Sunday night shift worker. Clearly a smart guy, quick to switch from cleaning the store to getting behind the register. That’s usually a stretch for night shift workers. He seemed like a smart guy. Good service. This Dunkin has been pretty reliable over the years I’ve lived here.

The coffee is decent but the lines are long because of their location. I do though enjoy coming here for coffee because of the hustle and bustle of the area its just a nice way to sit back and relax and watch the world go by. it’s right on the green line so a quick cup on the go and you can head right into the city.

Probably the worst dunkin experience I’ve had. They could barely get my order. I had to repeat everything I said at least twice. I get my bacon egg and cheese and I question if the bacon was properly cooked. I would go somewhere else for a quick bite

Firstly, I love DD based on almost 50 years of buying and eating and drinking their stuff. My loyalty has been sliding downhill for years. The decision to not make donuts on site at the larger shops was a definite plunge. Then I came here. Coolidge Corner is too high profile and well heeled to be presenting this face of the company. Communication is disastrous. Basic English is a must! Don’t sell a franchise to people who can’t speak English. Don’t hire counter help who can’t speak English. Two visits, excruciating communication problems, and two screwed up orders. The coffee is fine. When you’ve cornered the market on what is crack for 99% of the people on the U.S. East coast you’re doing it right. But the donuts are CRAP! Are they made in New Jersey a month before? Starbucks gets the undeserved foothold here they have gotten because of this poor level. My suggestion? Go to a Tim Hortons and see how it can be done right! Come take over, Tim Horton’s! They’re ripe here.

I’d been out of state for a few years and sorely missed Dunkin Donuts, so since coming back to MA in May, this was my 1st time at a Dunkin in a few years near the end of July. I thought it would be really easy to get my 1st small Oreo coolatta, no coffee as I have a heart condition so caffeine is bad for me. And a order of 25 munchkins, half chocolate glaze and half regular glaze(only 2 flavors so it’s really not rocket science to count 12 and 13 of each flavor). I put in my order to the employee who barely understood or spoke English to begin with, so we struggled with a lot of back and forth with me having to repeat myself constantly and him not understanding/ignoring what I said. What I ended up with was some cold drink(I don’t even know what it was and I think it had some dose of caffeine product in it as after I drank it, I did have heart symptoms consistent with my heart condition when I ingest caffeine!) and a mix of NOT25 munchkins… Apparently his downfalls include not being English literate, but also being unable or too lazy to count to 25!!!(And there was more than enough of a supply of each flavor munchkin so there was no supply issue.) I was too annoyed to argue with the end results and just grabbed my stuff and left, despite being charged for what I ordered, and NOT receiving what I ordered! I complained to Dunkin Donuts website and emphasized that I experienced heart symptoms and it was due to being given something with caffeine when I specifically explained I can not have caffeine due to a heart condition! Basically I could have died or ended up hospitalized because the employee is an idiot. However, the customer service response was simply a weak apology and that they would pass this incident on to the franchisee etc. There was no offer of compensation or anything so clearly the Dunkin Donuts company does not truly care about their customers coming back or leaving with correct orders, or that their customers remain ALIVE after eating/drinking their products! What sense does it even make to hire employees who are not English literate, and have them do a job that requires interaction using the English language?! You’re asking for trouble doing that and clearly this location does not care about this obvious problem! He could easily do stock, making the products, janitorial services, etc. ANYTHING besides the direct communication with customers who he doesn’t understand anyways! THISLOCATION’S MANAGEMENTCLEARLYNEEDSTOGET A BRAIN(EVENSOMECOMMONSENSEWOULDSUFFICE!)

I’m a regular during my morning commute, huge fan of DD’s iced coffee(I’m a bit of an addict). Only deduction here is that they don’t know how to keep a line moving. Whenever I peek inside and see a line, I end up not going in so that I can save myself 15 minutes.

Okay I want to give more stars for my overall love of DD and their donuts(chocolate glazed!). But, this location is bad. I order the same thing all of the time and it is always hit or miss. I get a med French vanilla iced coffee w cream and sugar and ask for the sugar to be melted. Is that so crazy? Why would I want to crunch my sugar ?! Well some of them do not understand and think I say milk! No not milk, melt! I already said cream! I mean it’s pretty simple — poor some hot coffee over a little sugar and proceed! But ugh. When they do get it right, I am typically pleased… unless the coffee tastes burnt, which is often. Sad. But sometimes it is just so perfect that I can’t stop going back on the hopes it’ll be delicious. The manager is pretty nice which is good.

This is easily the most poorly run dunkin donuts I’ve ever visited. Having avoided the chain for nearly a year, I ducked inside because I needed coffee and thought a T would come soon. What a mistake. Firstly, they were horribly understaffed, the line stretched to the door, and moved at a snail’s pace. Secondly, the clerk was on the phone the whole time trying to see if anyone else was available to come in. I worked in that kind of business in high school, crowds come and go. You do not drop what you’re doing and call for help just because it suddenly gets busy. Wait until it slows down and then call. Also, if you work at a DD you should be used to lines and know how to work through them quickly. If you panic it slows everything down and wastes my time. Thirdly, they screwed up my coffee order. After getting my drink and sprinting to the T stop I took a spin and tasted cream. I asked for skim. With the train approaching I dumped the coffee and got aboard. NEVERAGAINDUNKIN!!!

this is my last ditch dunkin if I’m in Coolidge and i’m absolutely in need of some coffee. I try not to come here because, it’s gross inside and time and time again, they ALWAYS get my order wrong.

I’m an avid Dunkin Donuts drinker, but this particular store has its proportions wrong. Their coffee is too sweet(maybe they’re using table spoons instead of teaspoons) and there’s too much cream in everything. I always ask for dark cream, 2 or 3 sugars depending on the size of the coffee and it’s never how I want it from this store.

Three stars only because it’s a dd and I love their chocolate glazed donuts. However… is it that much to ask to have the cream cheese ON the bagel and not in small little containers? Come on! I’m on the go, I don’t want to spread my own cream cheese!

«Todd, are you not aware that I get farty and bloated with a foamy latte!?» When I ask for no foam, and you repeat to me, «no foam?» — I expect no foam, not half a cup of foam. When I order a latte light, you shouldn’t have to ask me what kind of milk I want. That’s your own weird lingo — you should know it. And for f’s sake, your lattes are too sickeningly sweet(like most of your beverages). Sigh.
