Friendly, professional framing store. Excellent selection of frames and glass, including top of the line materials. The staff are experts at selecting colors and materials to enhance your photo or other piece of art and very patient as you make yur selections.
I’ve had two pieces of work framed here now, and both are beautiful. For the second, I was quoted just under two weeks until it would be ready, based on the frame coming from Italy. I asked if she could do it in nine days. It was ready in two.
If you want to frame something on a budget, go online and order a standard frame and visit an online matte retailer. If you want a professional job that will last a lifetime and look museum-quality, come here. It is expensive but worth every dollar.

Framing should be easy, shouldn’t it? You pick a black frame, put a piece of glass on it and its ready to hang… Only its not quite that easy
What color black? Charcoal? Midnight? What texture is that frame? Should the glass be plastic? Now how about the matting or background? What color? What texture? And how will this look with everything else in the space?
Before you decide framing may test your sanity, consider Fastframe owned and operated by Hsiu Chang. I mention her by name, because she has the sense to design it all for you or at least be an intelligent resource and sounding board
They have all the possible permutations in stock and on display, and she cares as most owner operators do. My midnight black frames along with the heirloomy chestnut and gold frames are too good for my pedestrian tastes

This place is awesome! I got my diploma framed here about a month ago, and the woman who helped me was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient with me (because I didn’t really know what I wanted). She also recommended a second border that compliments and brings out the seal on my diploma. Needless to say, my diploma looks great– it’s classy, in a nice frame, and looks so shiny. Thanks Fastframe!!!

I am a very happy customer! After keeping it for years in a lousy Target frame, I finally got around to getting my college diploma framed. So I brought it in, and she used the samples to put together a design. I was a little iffy about it, so she suggested some changes until I loved it. But it was a little too pricey, so then she started suggesting different materials which still created a similar style but saved me a lot of money. The end result was something I loved but which I could afford. I’m looking at it right now and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Then a month later, I got a hand-written Thank You note saying «I hope you love how your diploma looks! Let us know when you finish your Masters.» She remembered that I had said I wanted my masters to end up identical when finally receive it. I know where I’ll be taking it, that’s for sure!

I was in desperate need of getting two art prints framed before they permanently became one with the dust on my floor. Luckily I came across Fast Frame in Washington Square. The service was incredibly professional as they helped me choose from a number of frames and mattes. They made sure everything complemented the lighting in my living room and the color of my walls. I personally know jack about framing and have a severe case of «man» color-blindness, so the help and knowledge was greatly appreciated. The price did give me a slight heart attack though, and they insist on 50% up front. However, in only one week’s time the prints were completed, and I couldn’t be happier. Fast Frame is all about quality, and for that they get five stars. Unfortunately, the girlfriend gave me zero stars for taste in art.
