Pat has been helping us for years with our properties at the Brook House, and she’s great. She responds quickly, is very patient and explains everything clearly, and keeps us up-​to-​date with sale prices for recent units. She’s a professional at what she does!

I have been using Pat Bottary’s services since the mid 80’s and have had nothing but smooth experiences. Pat is reliable, consistent, and fair, and has been able to manage my rental property for decades with no problems. As a busy person who doesn’t live near my unit, it is very important to have a broker who can handle all the management details and issues professionally and quickly. Pat has done exactly this.

I had the pleasure to rent for over 10 years with Pat Bottary and ended up buying a 3 bedroom unit also with her. She was respectful, helpful, efficient and caring. She sold our unit for an incredible price years ago and made the transaction smooth for both the seller (us) and the buyer. Her office is not exclusive to the Brook House but for sure has the best listings and she knows all about this Condominium. Pat has lived there for many years.
As empty nesters now we are thinking about going back to the Brook House and we are looking forward to working with her and her team.

My pet peeve with this office is they answer the phone «Sales and rentals at The Brook House» implying that they are the exclusive agents for the building. This is a condo building and they do have an office in the building but they are not exclusive agents.

Their expertise in the market rates for rentals was spot on!

Seriously, avoid this realtor. Rude does not even begin to describe it!

One of the most unprofessional and generally awful businesses I have dealt with in the area.
As a physician training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, I decided to rent a condo at the Brookhouse because of its convenient location. Pat Bottary Real Estate brokered the rental agreement and drew up the lease for me to sign.
The staff were pushy, unhelpful and blatantly rude when asked for clarification about lease terms. After pointing out a major discrepancy on the lease, one of the senior employees told me she didn’t care whether I signed and had drawn up the lease as a favor.
This is the only real estate group I have dealt with where drawing up a lease is considered a favor.
If you don’t have to deal with this business, don’t. They’ll do their best to pull the wool over your eyes and, if you call them out on it, they’ll give you grief.
