I was just nearly hit from the rear by a white truck with this company’s name written all over it. (I used Google images to CONFIRM I got the right company) The guy honked and nearly pushed my tank… S550 Mercedes. Not what you expect from a company anywhere let alone one seemingly based in your own neighborhood. Is it a real office of theirs close to my home? Will they retaliate? Whatever. There are jerk-​offs all over the place… the key is to avoid them, right?!

I should have known… The price was very low compared to other businesses. TOTAL HACK JOB! The owner came and did the work right away after the estimate. Job was done within a few weeks. Once the job was done, it is almost impossible to get them to look at issues. I had an issue for over two years. They finally came and did the fix that only took 10 minutes after two years of calls and emails and threats of a lawyer.
Now, I discovered that the isullation was installed wrong around all of the registers and I now have water stains on my old ceilings and he is not coming back. Do not use pro air whatsoever!!! The electrical panel not even installed by an electrician was never grounded! I have to now pay a new AC guy over $ 1000 to fix it up.
Make sure you look at the reviews that are not recommened… mostly bad! DON’T USE HIM!!! I REPEAT, TOTAL CLUELESS HACK JOB!!!

Buyer Beware. This company is not reliable or capable of doing HVAC work.
I was referred to Pro Air last summer, and had the owner (Alan) come to my place and give me a quote for a new HVAC system in my apartment. He gave me the sense that he knew what he was talking about when doing the original assessment so I hired him for the job, but that is definitely not the case. After the original meeting Alan never showed his face again. He had some of his workers come and install the new HVAC in my place, but these were not certified technicians and as a result the HVAC has failed to blow hot air. Since installing the HVAC last summer I have placed dozens if not hundreds of calls to Alan. He consistently does not answer the phone or respond to emails, and never returns a call. He gave me a contract with a 5-​year warranty on service and 10-​years on the parts, but he is both unwilling and incapable of actually servicing the system. We have scheduled service appointments with Alan, and he will fail to show up and then respond to your calls with a lame excuse.
I would highly recommend going with another company if you need help with your HVAC, Alan is extremely unreliable and incapable of doing quality work.
