Razelle’s salon is a great find. It’s ultra clean and hygienic, which is huge in this day and age where so many nail salon’s are kind of dirty. She also happens to do a perfect mani-pedi. Everything is sterilized and she is so detail oriented. It’s one of those small shops in Brookline that you stumble upon and can’t believe you didn’t find it sooner. I’d suggest booking a few days in advance because she seems to have a pretty loyal following. It’s for a reason. She is amazing. Her manicures are not the cheapest — around $ 20 — but that little extra is so worth it. She also happens to be a lovely person who is really pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend giving her a try!

Went in on a Groupon to try and address the recent breakout on my forehead. Razelle did a great job — although the extractions were painful (this was my first facial so I didn’t really know what to expect), I felt that she was very thorough. She gave me recommendations of some drugstore products to use that would be good for my skin. Now, a week after my facial, my forehead is clearing up and I will definitely be back for a follow-up facial!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that she was not very welcoming when I first arrived, and being in a similar job myself that is important to me. By the end of the visit I was comfortable, but the first impression was not very warm.

I purchased a groupon for a facial and eyebrow waxing here. I was able to schedule an appointment over phone very quickly. The place is run just by the owner Razelle. So sometimes she might not be able to answer her calls, but she does return calls.
The place was quiet and relaxing. She did a great job with my facial and eyebrow waxing. The facial massage she gave was really nice and rejuvenating. She did extractions thoroughly and that caused some marks on my face when I left from there, but a couple of days later, my face was glowing and soft.

I got a groupon and tried to schedule an appointment and there wasn’t any available appointments for three weeks and while scheduling she seemed hassled and bothered to have to schedule because it was a «discounted visit». When the day of the actual appointment happened I had a severe injury and was dealing with a sudden move due to an apartment fire. I called to explain about the injury and stress and she told me I would have to pay an additional $ 50 to reschedule (so I would be paying the full amount) she had no compassion. I contacted groupon to complain and would rather lose the groupon than go to this place. I needed this for relaxation and the way I have been treated and spoken to has made it only stressful and upsetting.

I have been a reclining, relaxing, rejuvenated client for several years now! Razelle is the consummate professional, providing impeccable nail care and fabulous skin care in a private, calm setting. She makes sure that her appointment times don’t overlap so you have her undivided attention. She even «feeds“the parking meter for me if my appointment runs long! Her eyebrow waxing is phenomenal!

I went to Razelle’s after purchasing a groupon for a facial, ive been using groupons to try a lot of facials over the last year. this is the firsr time i immediatley booked my next appointment. She did wonders for my skin. I had developed severe acne after giving birth a few months ago, my skin was worse then when I was a teenager. Razelle worked wonders with her extractions and the facial massage felt great. I left looking worse but my skin felt much better and a few days later and the results are incredible, a huge improvement. I also appriciated that she said if any pimples came to the surface in the next few days I should call her and she’s extract them.
