I would be a terrible spy because if I was caught, all they would have to do is whip out one dental tool and I would tell them anything they wanted to know. A few months ago, I had to have a tooth extracted, and in the ensuing months go through the various procedures involved with having an implant placed. A friend mentioned Dr. Serrano in passing and I will never go to another periodontist again. Her staff is friendly and efficient, Dr. Serrano’s chair side manner is gentle, calming and caring and her mantra is NO PAIN! She ensures you have the right amount of Novocain, she tells you exactly how much you want to know (I don’t want to know what they’re doing at all!) and her follow up care is excellent. I’m still in the process of having the implant placed (it takes a number of months to do it) and while I will never enjoy going to the dentist, Dr. Serrano makes it as painless (in many ways) as possible.

I literally just got home from having a tooth extracted and am SO impressed with Dr. Serrano and her office staff. My tooth issue started yesterday when I needed an emergency root canal, got half way through it and was told I needed it to be extracted instead, I was walked to Dr. Serrano’s office and she saw me right away and made an appt for me today at 9am. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I have super sensitive teeth and needed 3x than the usual anesthetic and Dr. Serrano was incredibly patient and just wanted me to be comfortable. So patient, so kind, her assistant even puts lip balm on your lips during the procedure which was much appreciated :)
As someone who hates dentists and tries to avoid as much as possible, I’m so happy to be under Dr. Serrano’s care.
