If you had the misfortune of dealing with Weill Cornell your jaw is going to drop. The efficiency and thoroughness that you will receive from the staff at NYU Langone in Brooklyn Heights at 175 Remsen St., in particular Isolina Peña at the front desk, will make you wish as I do that I had switched networks long ago. While I love my previous doctor, Weil Cornell was a nightmare. I switched to this location in part because of their Unilocal rating for not just my new doctor but also the entire staff. I add my five stars wholeheartedly.
Isolina deserves her own Unilocal!rating of five stars too!
