I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mom’s 60th birthday. I received an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered, however, they were NOT. The customer service woman offered to redeliver tomorrow, which is NOT OK… my mom’s birthday is today, not tomorrow. I received an apology for the inconvenience, an apology for the false email confirmation, and a full refund to be issued in 7 – 10 business days. None of which was helpful to the fact that my mom didn’t get flowers on a special milestone birthday. I find it pretty unprofessional that a conglomerate like 1800-​flowers couldn’t get it right, and didn’t offer any type of comp. Will not be using them again! You’re better off sticking to local flower shops that value their work and their name.

What a complete waste of time! I would NEVER EVER ask this company to do anything ever again. Ruined Valentine’s Day. Customer service was not helpful at all. I ordered the flowers and chocolate the day before. They said it would be delivered I had my little cousins waiting for this package since noon today. I have been calling all day and was told all different stories. I asked the agent if I may know what florist was delivering the package so maybe I could pick it up. I was told they weren’t authorized to tell me where the arrangements where being made. I found out there was on in bay ridge called them and they said the delivery man will be there in 15 minutes that was at 8:00 pm it is now 9:00pm and I’m being hung up on every time I try to call. Put on hold and hung up on. What a scam! They legit have to go 10 minutes in a car what is taking all day!

I needed last minute roses but it was already late. I figured they were closed but I drove by and saw employees inside. It was closed but I knocked on the door and asked if they could sell me a dozen roses. With no hesitation they helped a brother out. They were so friendly and they didn’t look bothered at all. Lily who helped me out told me it was no problem, was very helpful and engaging. The roses came out quickly and they were beautiful. Very easy and stress free I thought I would have to drive all over the place looking for flowers. They exemplified customer service. i would do business with them anytime

Don’t even bother with this place! I placed order online (get well flower set) and received the flowers «dead»!!! Just go to a real florist and choose the flowers. This place is a disappointment! I don’t even want to give any stars!
