If ever you wonder why local businesses are losing out to online vendors, look no further than A. Flowers for the perfect example of why. The flowers are gorgeous and fresh, as is the craftsmanship, However — by the time you get around to their customer service you’ll wonder why you stepped foot into their smoke-​filled store in the first place.
I have recommended this place for years to colleagues, friends, and all alike. Many have been happy. However, the past year or two things have really gone down hill. The flower orders (even when done in person) are not delivered on point (i.e. there were no lilacs last spring when lilacs were paid for). Deliveries are late as far as time is concerned. And — to add insult to injury — the sales staff openly prefers male clients to female ones and will discriminate if given the opportunity (as was the case with me recently).
Will I ever shop here again? Unlikely. I’ll take my business to another local vendor who has the decency not to smoke on premises and won’t give preferential treatment to clients.

I got my wedding flowers done here and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I was on a very tight budget, but they helped me to be able to get the flowers I wanted in arrangements that I could afford. I particularly loved my bouquet which was a large circle or white tulips with a border or white irises. I was so surprised to see that they used large double petaled tulips because I was expecting the most basic inexpensive type on my budget and the irises were huge. All of the flowers were excellent quality and super fresh. And, the designs were executed exactly as I envisioned. I would definitely recommend them for your special event.

I’ve received flowers from here twice now. Beautiful, fresh bouquets with unique flowers and artful arrangements. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a special arrangement that really stands out.

I’ve been very satisfied every time I bought my girlfriend flowers from this place. I bought her a really nice bouquet once that lasted for probably about 2 weeks.
Also more recently sent her a vase at work for our three year anniversary. I ordered the vase over the phone, told the designer generally what flowers I wanted, and then more or less placed my trust in the designer to make it just right. My girlfriend called me later to tell me that she loved the flowers and that all of her co-​workers complimented them.
The flowers are not cheap, but they’re worth it. Will definitely keep ordering from this place.
