A One Van Lines

I love A One Van Lines! They were extremely careful with my apartment move from NJ to NY. I had a lot of delicate things that needed careful handling and special care. I spoke with a represent named Mark and he was polite with listening to all my requirements and needs.
My main concern was being able to fit all my furniture along with kitchen equipment in one shot from my old place to my new place. Surprisingly, Mark’s crew of guys was able to do just that.
There were other competitors of course but something told me to stick with this company. Sure enough they got the job done and even gave me a great/​affordable rate. Thanks a lot guys! I’ll be recommending you to my friends and colleagues

I hired A One Van Lines to facilitate an office move for the company I work for. We already received quotes from other moving companies but all the prices were extremely higher than A One Van Lines!
Mark, the representative I spoke to over the phone was very thorough with explaining the process and paperwork. He was quick and precise with replying to my inquiries.
Our building management is very strict when it comes to the COI but Joann was able to meet the all specified requirements. She was able to finalize the move before our specified moving day.
Moving day came and the 4 movers arrived on time and got straight to work. They handled all my office material with care. Packaged, wrapped and stored everything in an orderly manner.
I was very pleased with the ending result. my supervisor was extremely satisfied by the job done and the amount of time it was completed in.

The worst moving company of all time!!! Do NOT do it! They are lying and manipulative and pretend to be different people on the phone when you call to find out where your stuff is. They took 1 month to move our stuff across the country. They also stained one of my favorite chairs and left all of my furniture with black stickers that were a nightmare to remove. I was so fed up in dealing with these people that I didn’t even contact them regarding filling out a claim to get my chair repaired. I felt completely helpless and taken advantage of when working with this company. They should get negative stars.

Great company Jean was incredibly helpful and professional. Very honest and hard working individuals I would highly recommend.
