This was my first year getting a full-​size tree, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The customer service was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. He also asked me a lot of questions about my personal preference for the tree, and I had a stand and 6 foot tree delivered exactly as discussed, no fuss. The tree is quite full and beautiful, and it was nice to have someone set it up for us. Would definitely use again and suggest ordering early to take advantage of free delivery/​set up.

If I can give over 5 stars I would. My last years Christmas tree buying experience was terrible, the line was ridiculously long, the guy selling me the tree was rude and the selection of trees was pitiful. This year however after getting a referral to AA Christmas trees and having anxiety about shopping for a Christmas tree all of my fears thankfully were for not. The professional and genuine service I received from Arthur the Owner and his staff were bar non the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Arthur was patient with me and my kid answering our questions, the service was quick and with plenty of trees to choose from I was able to pick a beautiful tree putting a great big smile on my kids face as well as mine. Thank you AA Christmas Trees, Arthur and his staff for making this Christmas Tree buying experience a memorable one. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The tree I got is beautiful & the service was top notch. They delivered my tree and even installed it in the stand for me! Everyone is very nice and friendly. I’ll definitely be back next year!

Probably my best experience buying a Christmas Tree! That simple! Previous reviewers are right when they say there’s something about the experience that is old fashioned. Arthur is simply a nice person. He just wants you to have a tree that you’re happy with. He will work with you regarding budget and he will have you leaving with the tree you want for the price you want. First time I ever left a xmas tree lot and I didn’t wonder if I got played. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Happy Holidays everyone!!! Come here for your tree and it will be even happier.

I purchased a tree from AA a couple of years ago and I reached out to Arthur right before Thanksgiving. He answered his phone immediately and gave me all of the details. I told him that I would think about it and called him on Thanksgiving and ordered my tree. Because I was a former customer he offered me free delivery and installment. The tree arrived on Saturday evening exactly at the time that he said it would, that so rarely happens in NYC. The delivery guy was great and the tree was stunning. What I appreciated the most is that Arthur sent me a text to ask me how the delivery went. It really shows that Arthur cares about his customers. Getting a Christmas tree is such an old school tradition as our the days of when a vendor reaches out to their customers. It is nice to know that Arthur and AA Christmas Trees keeps with that old school tradition.

This is my first year ordering from AA and my experience didn’t disappoint. I filled out the form online and within minutes received a call to talk about the tree. I moved forward with pre-​ordering since it was free delivery. They called me the day before to confirm my deliver, and when it came I couldn’t have been happier. Having gone the prior day with my parents to help them cut down their tree from a farm, I feel that the one I got was far superior. It was soft and smelled amazing! The guy who delivered it was really nice. He not only carried it up to my apartment but helped me set it up in my stand. I would absolutely order again next year.

I’ve been buying my Christmas tree from the Carvel location for the last few years, and the guys never disappoint. They help you pick a great tree, pick up some decorations and help you load it into the car. The trees have always lasted me for weeks past all the holidays and could probably last even longer if I didn’t throw it out.

This place is awesome. I pre-​ordered my tree and they delivered on time. The delivery guy even offered to install it for me. I bought a eight foot tree, it was full and lasted a long time. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Enter AA Christmas Trees! I’ve been ordering my trees from them for several years now, and have found their prices to be very fair and the delivery service to be unbeatable. I just call them on the phone and tell them what I’m looking for and what my budget is, and they find the perfect tree for me. They offer convenient delivery times, the delivery staff are super friendly (the owner himself delivered my tree last year!!) and my trees are always beautiful and long lasting. They show up when they say they will and even set up the tree for you.

I got to this spot every year since they opened up which is about 7 years ago. The place always have a wide selection of awesome trees tall and short, wide and narrow. The people who work there are very pleasant and helpful. The pricing is really good for the Christmas trees and the service you get there. Plus you can get different accessories with the tree like a stand and bed skirt there as well. Highly recommend for any one to come and get their Christmas trees there!

This place is really cozy. It’s filled with blow up balloons which the kids love. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The trees are great quality and worth every dollar. They last forever and fill the whole house with the smell of Christmas. These guys deliver and pretty much set everything up for you without a headache. Highly recommend you stop by and check them out. Can’t wait to get my tree this year!

They have a large variety of trees that fit anyone’s needs. The trees are fresh, beautiful and the location is very organized. The workers are extremely helpful in locating us the perfect tree for our home. They even delivered it the same day and installed it for us. There is no other service like this anywhere in New York! I was extremely impressed and will be buying trees here every year! Thank you for serving our community!

I ordered a Groupon deal from them which seemed really affordable for a 6 – 8 foot christmas tree + delivery. I was so excited… as christmas is clearly the most awesome holiday of the year. To redeem my coupon I called the company and left a voice message and was prompted that after 24 – 48 hours my call would be returned, surely enough my call was returned about 16 hours later while I was at work, since I have called back twice a week for nearly three weeks and I have never received another call-​back. Christmas is 6 days away and guess what… still no tree. So yeah awesome… kinda ruining my christmas. and loosing money.
Contrary to other reviews I did not have a good experience with this company and I would not recommend them for anything.

I am not impressed. I went in to see them on Friday, picked out a tree, and was told it would be delivered between 6 and 10pm on Monday. On Monday night, no one delivers my tree, no one calls, and they don’t answer their phone so I left a message. I call again on Tuesday, no answer so I left another message. I keep calling until I finally reach someone who tells me he’s out on deliveries but will call me that night when he returns. No call. So now it’s Wednesday… I have been calling continuously and not getting any response. I have decided to cancel my Amazon Local deal and get a tree somewhere else. If you can’t handle the volume of business from deals like Amazon and Groupon, then you should not offer the deals.

I got an Amazon Local deal with them, and couldn’t be more pleased. I called and right away someone set me up on the schedule, and the day of, the kid who delivered it called and made sure I knew what time he would be there. He was super nice and helpful, and gave me some pointers on how to make it look perfect. I bought the stand from them, and that worked fine as well. Very happy with my purchase and service!
