Wow — I don’t have the words. It’s shocking in 2015 that a customer is expected to call in the morning to MAYBE be given a few hour time frame for service. If these guys did it with a smile, it might be acceptable. They were obscenely rude.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star.
Run far away from this place.
Horrible customer service (nice delivery guys, but the office staff are nasty and not customer friendly)
We used them at the beginning of the summer to fix an AC unit which they took to their facility to fix and clean. It took them over a week to do this (ok, not a big deal) but confirming delivery was an absolute nightmare and it’s apparent they do not care about individual home owners.
AND our AC is leaking again… so they didn’t even fix the issue.
Will never use them again.
Buyer beware.

Nice deliverymen. Awful customer service. The most rude and bizarre office staff I’ve ever encountered in New York. Argumentative, nasty and unhelpful. Save yourself grief and take your business elsewhere.
