Bad customer service, bad products, pricey. I have only bought online but I wouldn’t do it again. The messed up my order several times. Slow delivery and over priced. They are always having sales but you must buy over $ 100 with of products. No Thank You

Mass transit is best because parking is ridiculous here. They have many uniform options here and hemming for slacks is included in the expensive price. Service is extremely slow and low quality. The wait for one pair of slacks to be hemmed exceeded ½ an hour.

Over price goods thats poor quality. The pants turn purple. The store said its due to my detergent. So all the other thousands of people use the same detergents? I dont think so.

Store is located in a very busy commercial area so parking can be difficult. They sell pretty much everything you need for your uniform or just starting a new job and need. They offer specials on certain packages. It can get very crowded and the workers are very limited in here. They take cash or credit with a minimum of $ 10(which I find wrong) The workers are not that pleasant you might have to go in there knowing and answering your own questions and knowing what you need and how you like it. They are pricey but when you really need it and its there you will just take it. They also sell accessories like ties, hats, belts, patches, boots, stickers, even little kid toys for the job.

Meyers may seem a store where you see yourself buying uniforms and accessories that you MUST buy in the first place b/c the«job» requires it; after all there are only a handful of stores in the NYC to choose from. I’ve been spending money here since the PA, so I have been here in numerous occasions. The store is always stocked with shirts and tact pants, as well as other essential items so there was never a reason not to come here. HOWEVER, where things go bad is with the«ladies» at the counter, you know, the ones who are SUPPOSED to help you out with your questions about sizing and availability. Turns out these sales associates are VERYRUDE! It’s as if they believe they are doing you a favor by DOINGWHATTHEYGETPAIDTODO! For example, there’s one fair-skinned associate that looks from India, but she is not, and the«lady» with light skin and green eyes who looks Asian but talks Caribbean. Both of these associates will make your shopping experience at Meyers less than pleasant. I describe them because I do not know their names. In several occasions I have had arguments with both because of their bad attitude and lazy disposition. Don’t count on the owner addressing the problem because he’s hardly seen when you need him. These associates are always there to make your shopping experience hell. One other sales associate I will briefly mention is the young lady(who usually sports different hair colors every time you visit); she’s young, usually helpful and attentive. This is the case only if you can get her to unbury her head from her phone. I don’t know where the hostility from this people is coming from. Maybe they’re just plain tired of dealing with customers. In fact, I have experienced firsthand what retail jobs do to your attitude towards customers. My suggestion is, if you no longer like to work there then quit. Finally, to avoid aggravation, I recommend you go to shop here ONLY if you already know what size you need, what brand you need/looking for, and how much it is that you want to spend(you can spend thousands of dollars throughout the years at this place but they will never give you appreciation for your business.) So in other words, be informed as to what your needs are. Grab those items(without their help if possible), pay for your purchase, and get out of there. In addition, when buying merchandise, make sure you check the tags on shirts and pants because they may not match-up to what you’re buying and when you realize this and go back for an exchange they will make you feel like you’re stealing something from them. CHECKTHETAGSONEVERYITEM! To conclude, from now on I will most likely buy my uniform online from since I already know what size of pants and shirts I fit in. Hope this review helps.

I’ve been coming to this store for a really long time. I’m usually able to get whatever I need without any trouble. The store is well stocked, the employees are pleasant and the prices are decent. I usually come here in the afternoons, this particular day I decided to come in the morning. I walked up to the display case in search of a shield holder. Once I saw the one I wanted I pointed it out to the women behind the counter. She showed me every one except the one I wanted. So again I pointed to the one I wanted and again she showed me something else. I looked at her as if she had two heads. Another woman came from the back of the store and asked me if I needed help. I proceeded to show her what I wanted and I’ll be damned if she didn’t give me something else. I said to myself you have got to be freaking kidding me!!! Finally one of the guys came over and asked if he could help, I pointed to what I wanted and he got it with no problem. I don’t know what was up with the female employees. Maybe their morning coffee hadn’t kicked it yet, or their morning medications or whatever. I’ll stick to coming here in the afternoons from now on…
