I had a postive experience with AM PM’s service.
The door was jamed, and I started calling at 9:00am (not the ungodly hour at which I found myself stuck) At first I tried a company with high Unilocal rating, they did not return call within 20 minutes as promised on the website (I waited a full hour before I called AM PM).
The guy at AM PM responded within 15 minutes of my call. He was a little late for the job and didn’t wear uniform or drive a company vehicle so at first I was a little skeptical. But he did a good job and was very friendly. He offered a 3 month warranty for his handiwork, promised me that he’d come back if the installation produced any problem at all.
The fact that he was the only locksmith that answered my call deserved a 5 star already. I did have to pay a few hundreds for the service plus material but I think the other companies would have charged about the same, if not more.
