amika Styleblow rocks! I absolutely love the décor, the service and the amazing amika products and tools. I always walk out happy and smelling awesome. No, literally, the obliphica berry scent stays in my hair until my next wash. I would definitely be back soon.

I visited one morning before work, in a bit of a rush (who isn’t) so no time for a wash. I have very curly hair and the stylist used dry shampoo and a magical flat iron to get my hair perfectly smooth and straight, and tie my hair in a sleek low pony. You might wonder why anyone would pay for a ponytail, but the way she did it made me feel like such a #bosslady.
What a great spin on the stale «blowdry bar» idea by adding fun styles to the menu of looks. Will definitely be back for some hair help when I’m in a pinch. Welcome to the neighborhood!

So excited this opened up in the retail space below my apartment — I get blow outs for special occasions and usually relied on DryBar. This is a very similar, quality experience. Many great styles to choose from — I did the Williamsburg and kept it simple. I believe it was Tiffany who did my style — good sign her hair looked amazing! — and my appointment started and ended right on time and it looked GREAT. Only needed to retouch a few times throughout the night. My new go-​to for blowouts without leaving BK!

I am so happy this place opened! I was so bummed my place of employment was no longer near a blow out bar but lo’ and behold Amika saved the day. The customer service was great, Tiffany did a fantastic job giving me a bouncy blow out. I will definitely come back — I have used Amika products before at Sephora so am happy they decided to venture into the blow out business. Oh and love that they have way cooler styles on the menu too!

Came here last week with a girlfriend to get a wash and blowout, and I loved it! Super cute place, great service. I particularly liked the look book — it had a great variety of fun and polished down styles (I didn’t look at the up dos) which made it really easy to communicate to my stylist what I wanted. I also really liked that she took the time to ask me how I would normally treat my hair at home (do I apply conditioner to the roots or just the ends, etc.). I’m really particular about my hair but often not good at explaining to stylists what I like; I find myself agreeing to all their suggestions, and then I go home and fix it because it’s not quite how I like it. In this case, Nina got exactly what I was looking for! My hair looked fantastic. Of course, all the Amika products they use leave your hair smelling and feeling amazing. Will definitely be back.

This place is awesome — it’s really fast and the service is amazing. I get my hair blown out every week and typically get it done at a DryBar in the city, so it’s really nice to have a place in the neighborhood now that jsut does the blow dry here. Definitely try it out, it’s worth it for sure.
