Had to rent a car through insurance for replacement. The ford I got started smoking and leaking coolant in the middle of a highway, 80 miles away from the shop. Cars break, it happens. But their handling of this situation was superb. I had to leave the car nearby where it happened and take a cab. Amore sent a tow truck with another car to where I was in Phili, free of charge. They also reimbursed the $ 60 cab fee. Would recommend them to anyone!

Started decent, deteriorated as we went, ended up at the very bottom. Avoid this place like a plague.
They wouldn’t allow to pre-​fill the forms to save time.
When my friend came in, they rushed us out.
When we tried to call them from the road they said they were closing early and there wouldn’t be anybody to get the truck from us, even though it was before the time was out before office closed down.
When we go there to drop off the truck, guy literally shoved the gate into our faces and was beyond rude. Now they overcharged me over $ 108 per one day. Go to a different U-​Haul location. Save your money and energy.
