The store itself is amazing, its a small store from the outside window but when you enter its like a baby wonderland.
I always recommend my friends to go there, they would get respect the minute they enter the store.

I rented a hospital grade breast pump from them. The first one they sent did not work, had to be shipped back. The second one worked great and everything was fine. When I finished my rental period, I shipped back the pump. However, they still have not refunded me my $ 500 deposit and do not respond to my emails or phone calls. I would steer clear from this store and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

You walk into the store that is bigger than you expect from the outside and you’re taken by surprise at all the amazing variety of merchandise they carry.
Every time I go in, the salespeople or the owners kindly welcome me and run to assist me. Even if I’m just enjoying browsing, they take the time to answer all the questions I have.
I frequently look at their website for the newest and best items in this market, and call if i need further help. I usually always pick things up from the store, because I don’t want to pay their shipping fees.
Recently they have opened their second location right off of Sheepshead Bay Avenue, which is obviously «newer». But their original location is more close by and my preference.
Even my son gets excited to come to the store and play around and look for new things here with me. And truth is, if the kids like the atmosphere the stores give, you know it’s gotta be great!

Online order placed did not have any update after 1 week. Called in and CSR said it is out of stock. It is still showing in stock as of now. Do not do the business if you cannot even maintain your website!!!

The store is kind of small and unassuming from the outside. Inside, the inventory is stocked the high quality strollers, car seats, toys, ect. The customer service was so much better than the big chains, I really only go to AnB. The most useful thing was having a salesman help me pick out a car seat based on the size and weight of the seat which I needed to move between cars. You can’t imagine the difference in seats until somelone actually explains. Your best bet is to go to AnB first and save money by not making mistakes with your purchases.

Went in to buy a stroller. Salesman (owner?) was extremely helpful.

They charged me $ 420 for shipping a stroller to india and did not pay the customs fee so it got stuck in the customs in india I had to pay $ 100 in india to get the stroller when I called ANB the manager did not take any responsibility for it and hung up on me so they should be blacklisted for their management

This store is great. At AnB Baby I found everything I needed for my baby and my toddler. I bought an Uppa Baby stroller for a great price and they even put it together for me. They installed my car seat and helped me with all other items I need to keep my kids safe. Best of all they gave me advise on what items I should not buy and not to waste my money. Its hard to find someone so honest and I thank you guys. Will be back for more and what a great store.
