0 stars if it was possible. Very unreliable and inattentive staff. They make you sign up for a waiting list than proceed to keep walking around and stay idle chatting with their other buddies. Management does the same.

Customer service is non-​existent. Greeter ignores you as you walk in. Employees appeared disengaged and mentally checked out. They do not honor online appointment and you are treated as a tumbleweed. This was around 6:30pm on a weekday when the store is supposedly «not busy.» I can only imagine how horrible it must be during their busy hours. The overall atmosphere is depressing. I’d go elsewhere.

best customer service. ive had so many issues with at&t customer service over the years that this place is truly heaven. walking into these stores usually gives me anxiety for the run around im typically about to endure however this store does nothing short of providing miracles and doing backflips to make sure im helped out. there is sometimes an issue with waiting but its not their fault. the neighborhood has a large population of non english speaking asian families who all do their business here and bridging that communication gap can sometimes take time but trust me dealing with the occasional wait is worth it to handle any issues or concerns you have with this staff. i no longer work or live in the area and still travel over to this store for any even simple need i may have.

I returned my phone that I did not like. Galaxy S5. They were very happy to take it and told me you will get a credit on your bill. So I left. No receipt? «No you don’t need one» I was told.
I come back after waiting few months to find out they don’t know what I am talking about and that I lost my upgrade.
Now few days later I called and ATT rep tels me that phone is now in use but they can’t release any more info. Do not go there. Bunch of THIEFS.
I also called regional manager who ignores my calls. #att

I come here to pay my phone bill and have bought my last two iPhones here. Very friendly atmosphere, always immediately greet you as soon as you walk in. Very welcoming environment even though they are taking my money, lol.
If you live in Sunset Park or surrounding area, I would definitely recommend coming here. Excellent customer service!

Reprehended by incompetent manager
I have been to the neighborhood’s store many times before and the stuff is mostly friendly. On my last visit to pay my bill and to activate a new sim card I was ask to show identification. I showed my Greencard which had expired, when that wasn’t good enough I show the manager Soni Martinez my interim State Driver’s license. He quickly pointed out that this had expired as well which wasn’t true. He pointed to two different dates which had nothing to do with the expiration. I pointed to the expiration date and the license was still valid. I then showed two Credit Cards with matching names and my insurance card. When I told the manager that I had been many times to the store he said that I had not have proper ID before and that I might not be who I claim to be all this time. I couldn’t believe that a trained store manager for AT+T suggests that I might have used fake ID before, which is fraud.
I will never return to this store again.
