DON“T WASTE YOUR TIME! I’ve tried repeatedly to support this business since the Home Depot in Bed Stuy is literally the worst that I’ve ever been too, but Atell Hardware even beats them. They NEVER have anything that I need when I would go in. Atell is so bad that I started calling before I wasted a trip going into the store. Usually they don’t have what I am looking for and the woman who[ I think owns] the place is pretty much useless and seems like she is going you a favor by being there. NO customer service skills AT ALL!
I just placed a call there this morning to find out if they had the list of items I needed for some home repairs and the woman (the same one who I believe is the owner) had to audacity to ask me to call back because she was «busy». I mean what kind of business owner or employee does that? I will never again bother to call that place again. I suggest you don’t bother either.
A bit of advice to the owner, please take the time to learn the art of customer service if you plan on making this business a success. BTW the only reason they got one star from me is because Unilocal wouldn’t let me not rate them.
