On Tuesday around 12:50 am my significant other And I was in our room when housekeeping barged in. As anyone would be I very upset at this disrespectful unannounced lack of communication to use common sense and look into their system to see the room was occupied. So when front desk called, the lady was very ghetto, disrespectful and admitted to not using common sense to check the system before authorizing a supposed night room cleaning off of the fact «their was extra keys/​cards». This is very disrespectful and I will not be coming back to this rat hole ever again. The rooms furniture is busted up, it always smells of marijuana, and there are holes, roaches and brown spots in places you wouldn’t want to see. Beware!

The front desk staff is horrible! Disgusting customer service but I guess that is what you get for the cheap price. It’s not the greatest. The little Indian guy that works in the reception desk I think suffers from napoleon complex. My boyfriend and I were having a conversation and he assumed my boyfriend was talking about him and actually wanted the security guard to kick us out. The only reason I am rating this place is bc I have to in order to post this.

This place was a nightmare. I booked online. When I arrived, they couldn’t locate my reservation. Finally, after telling me they didn’t know if they had a room for me, they «found my reservation» and I was placed in a room on their lower floor. The room faced the parking area in the back. I got absolutely NO SLEEP. Between their employees noisily carrying on back & forth in the hallway, and the music & arguing in the parking area. At 4am I received a call from the front desk, the loud rude guy advised me that it was «check out time». I warned him that he had the wrong room, realizing his mistake, he apologized. Two weeks after my visit, the hotel attempted to charge my card AGAIN!!! Starting that I was a «no show» on the reservation date! Thankfully, I still had my receipt. This place is DISGUSTING!!!

Not the Hilton, cool to just clear your mind but you could do better.

Let me start out by saying that this location is one of those places you expect to see in New York… in the 1980s. Just terrible. People waiting out front to go in one of the rooms and have extremely loud sex, the rooms aren’t very clean, it’s in a sketchy/​scary neighborhood and the customer service there is AWFUL!
It’s a good enough place to go to if you want to either use it for a nap or to have a quick romp with a sex partner. Other than that, stay away. Especially if you’re from out of town, this is NOT the place you want to be. Spend the extra $ 20 – 40 a night and get a cheap place in Manhattan.

disgusting, and what i mean by that are the people and their attitudes, and service, i called on the phone first and asked questions before i even got there it was me and my baby and my husband, first of all they lied and said they had bed and breakfast and when we got there they said how long do we wanna stay and i said overnight then they said there are no rooms available, wtf. so then i went off all of a sudden they had a room, so we got there then no heat was freezing, we kept calling and they did nothing finally they got tired of us and put us in a next room which was much warmer but smelled like smoke, so i went down to get the pizza we had ordered, and i saw a bunch of skanky women in short tight dresses like this was a motel used for hookers, very disgusting, the whole business is not what they advertise to be and nothing is near by, the closest gas station is about 5 blocks long blocks away no corner stores or deli’s nothing its in the middle of nowhere, would never reccommend this place or stay here again, oh and checkout time they kept rushing us eventho we are getting ready, only gave one towel per room .wtf. and when we wanted more towels they act like they dont want to get it not worth the 125 for the night we got there about 10pm at 12noon not worth it crappy experience.
