Got chicken with garlic sauce and a piece of tried tilapia. Fish was excellent, vegetables were fresh and tasty, rice was good, sauce very good. Do yourself a favor and don’t get the chicken, stick to the fish or — if the other reviews are right — the beef. Pork is probably good too since the pork fried rice gets a good mention.

best CHINESEDELIVERY in Flatbush area. I tried 6 different places and this place is by far the best in this area. Whatever fried is great. They seem to change their oil more frequently, It feels way way more fresh than other places.

Definitely the best Chinese in the neighborhood. Good, «cheap Chinese,» but less greasy than others — I don’t feel gross after eating. General Tso’s shrimp combo is great, the roast pork fried rice is really good. They also have great egg rolls, dim sum style crispy spring rolls filled with mushrooms, and possibly the best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had. Quick delivery, too. Definitely recommend. They own the fish market next door, so they do all types of fried fish(really, so many — look at Menupages) and also gems like fish with broccoli and garlic sauce, and General Tso’s fish, of course. Update: I have been off meat and dairy for a little bit, and this place has been a godsend of vegetarian, vegan treats. General Tso’s Tofu — where have been all my life? This is better than the chicken version here. It is so good. I really like their broccoli and garlic sauce too, not greasy like others. Their moo shu is also very good(ordered without eggs). They do, sadly, have those weird pancakes that you hope you never get when you order moo shu. Use tortillas, the good, thin ones are almost as good as good moo shu pancakes.

Best Chinese take out in the area. You could tell that the food was fresh and made to order. The broccoli was steamed perfectly, and not soggy like most Chinese take out vegetables can be. Food comes with drinks other than off brand orange or grape soda, which is somewhat refreshing. Definitely our new staple Chinese take out. Quick delivery as well.

I originally gave this place a 5 star review after trying the place only once. I’ve since ordered from them about 7 times. First off, many of the selections listed on their menu are listed as NOT hot and spicy but they were VERY hot. Other, hot and spicy items(the ones printed in red) were very bland. I called them to let them know. They would NOT pay attention to what I was saying. NASTY attitude. Now the food. The first time I ordered from here I REALLY liked the Mongolian beef with scallions. I’ve ordered it at least five times now. It is different EVERY time. Sometimes bland the way my GF likes it. Other times BURNING hot and spicy the way I like it. Other times it sucks altogether. Their food is NOT consistent. This is true of MANY of the items on the menu. I tried to explain some of these issues to them on the phone and the guy was NASTY. So, for inconsistent food, bad communication and a NASTY attitude, I can no longer trust this place with the food that goes into my body.

My perfect meal here: The excellent Hot & Sour soup that is made the way it should be with soft tofu, mushrooms and green onions with the tiny bits of chiles sunk at the bottom of the bowl to surprise you. Puffy Vegetable Egg Foo Young with rich gravy. Pork Fried Rice, and an egg roll. Yes all of the Chinese-American classics. Bali does them well. I usually pick-up, but the times that I did ask for delivery the food arrived when quoted and hot.

Best take-out Chinese food in the neighborhood and I’m not giving out 5 stars solely because I’m tired of Caribbean food. The roast pork fried rice is AMAZING and I get it every time we go to Bai Li. If you order $ 25 worth of food, you’ll get a small container of roast pork fried rice for free. It’s my favorite dish here. The pork is very flavorful. We’re also big fans of the Mongolian beef with scallions and fried tofu with vegetables in Schezuan sauce. The vegetables retained their crispness and were not overly cooked as is often the case. The prices are cheap. The food is really delicious(not just good for take out food, but simply good food). They do deliver if you live really close by, but we have to drive. They’re worth the drive.

Unless food poisoning is your thing, stay far FARAWAY. Especially from the dumplings.

Best Chinese food I have found around me. I either get chicken with broccoli or general Tso which are both great. Delivery is fast and the foods always hot. The only thing that would make them better is if they were on seamless.

Wonderful food for the price, hot and tasty. I especially love the fact that they come to my apartment door.(Unlike the other one I’ve used). Good service, good food, I will continue to order from them.

This place hands down has to be the best hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in the Flatbush area. They own a fish market which is right next door so they make great and well seasoned fish. The fried salmon and fried tilapia is off the chain. They also have blue snapper & red snapper which they steam. I never had it but my friend loved it. I wouldn’t eat there tho(It’s real small). Delivery times are pretty decent even during high call times(4pm-8pm). The guy that works there is a cool guy as well. I highly recommend this place

When I first move into a neighborhood, I walk around to become familiar with my surroundings and also to collect menus from the restaurants. My area has about 10 little Chinese restaurants(no exaggeration). I’ve tried them all. Bal Li is by far the best in the neighborhood. The food is fresh and the delivery is quick. Best of all, they’ll deliver for as little as $ 5!

Excellent authentic tasting Chinese food! It tastes different from most Chinese fast food, like it was made in Chinatown or China! The online menu prices may be inaccurate. I like their Moo shu pork and their Beef with Chinese vegetables.
