Good venue. getting upstairs is a bit of work if you have upper seating. parking is bad if you don’t time it properly. Over all it’s a nice place, clean and staff is nice.

The Fisher Building at 321 Ashland Place is part of the Brooklyn Academy of Music(BAM) and a unique venue for cultural events and parties. BAM is a multi-arts center located in Brooklyn, New York, known as a center for progressive and avant garde performance. The Fisher Building is visually appealing and has interesting architectural features, including modern skyline and ceiling designs on its second-floor performance space. BAM Fisher is a new facility designed for LEED Gold certification and located at 321 Ashland Place. BAM Fisher’s second-floor also features a bar and café-style seating for intimate performances and cultural events. Would recommend BAM Fisher for large corporate events and parties.

I was here for the BAM Fisher block party and was able to visit the Rooftop Terrace. It wasn’t big(I think capacity was around 100), but it had a great view of downtown Brooklyn and Boerum Hill, and also a ping pong table. The building itself is obviously new and it looks it, with a relatively large elevator and wall-mounted LCD screens telling you what’s on every floor. I didn’t get a chance to take the full tour, but it looks like a great addition to BAM.
