If there was an option to give them ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order for batteries two weeks ago, and they still have not shipped. There wasn’t a shipping notice on the website or any follow up email regarding the product being back ordered. The people here do not care about their customers. I guess you get what you pay for! Bad service to go with their bad batteries. I guess you get what you pay for here!

They probably have any battery you are looking for but they dont stop there. B&B also sells film and cameras. I bought several hard to find camera batteries from them. The order was promptly shipped and went out the next day. They also had a tracking number and emailed me when it shipped. My rating is based on my order. I didn’t have to deal with customer service so I dont know how they fair with return or canceled orders.
