The lady does not want customers in her store. Very bad customer service. Condescending, sufficient and dismissive. If a customer asks for«glass noodles or transparent noodles», the answer can’t be «I have never heard of such a thing». Maybe you should look it up and see if it means something else, maybe you should offer to ask what type of recipe the customer is trying to make. Maybe you should say«I‘m not sure I have them but let’s see if someone has them». Very disappointing.

I stopped in at Bayridge Health Food today for Bob’s Red Mill TVP. Kinda pricey at $ 3.59. That’s okay. Every neighborhood should have at least one store where you can pick up health foods and not have to order everything online. It’s a small store packed with items, only a few of each thing, and kept very clean and tidy. The counter lady is quick to help you find something.

From the begining I took a liking to this mom and pop health food store. They are always kind and high spirited. They make it fun to shop there. It’s a small store but they have more things I can use then the bigger heath food stores. The prices are very fair. Everything they have that foodtown sells is cheaper there. We are lucky to have this store on this side of Bay Bridge. DaFoodlum

I love this place. I firmly believe in supporting the local businesses. What I like about Bayridge Health Food Inc. is that they take $ 4.00 off my purchases and they do not have to do that but it keeps me coming back and not going to Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They are a lovely elderly Korean couple who are VERY knowledgable about herbs and vitamins. I highly recommend this spot.
