One star is too much
I’m very dissatisfied with my experience here
I purchased a set of balloons here as a present.
It was way overpriced. I was given one price but the employee. While I waited for the order to be completed, the owners came in and gave me a different (higher) price saying that the employee wasn’t aware.
The wait time for my order (just a few balloons) was 20 min and then another 10 minutes to figure out how to accept my credit card payment.
They messed up my order by giving a different design on the base (than what was originally discussed) and some of the balloons looked old and peeling (decoration).
The owners were rude.
The only reason why i even took the order is because I was in a rush.
Otherwise, I would never have taken or paid for the order I received.
Never again will I come back here nor recommend it.

Sshhh! I have a secret! BB’s is a treasure trove of hard to find & limited edition items such as Beanie babies, beanie boos, collectibles, costumes, party favors, invitations& supplies, balloons that floated for days! and various other goodies. The small well lit shop is deceiving because there is a seemingly endless magical stock room she disappears into & comes out with even more fantastic items to consider. I purchased everything for my twins’ 5 th birthday from BB’s. .Call me a perfectionist, but I love that the Beanie Boos we used for the children’s gift bags were fresh, clean, brand new out of the manufacturer’s shipping box rather than all dusty and mishandled like at those other shops (& the latest from Ty.!) She keeps a few on display behind the counter, but the majority of items are hidden away in her magical stock room. The staff is nice, helpful & easy to talk to… If you’re a smoker you may also be interested in knowing that on my most recent visit they just installed this huge machine that lets you «ROLL YOUR OWN SMOKES». You pick any of their premium fresh tobaccos, put it in the machine & it rolls out fresh cigarettes for you. Plus, you don’t pay the crazy name brand prices for smokes anymore. I think that’s genius!..
