Pros: The price they offer for furniture is unbeatable. Visit a few places for what you are looking for and then give them a visit, they will give you a better price. They kept in touch regarding the delays which I also appreciated. The delivery guys themselves did an excellent job assembling the bed, and when I say excellent, I own a moving company, so I know thing or two about a thing or two. No spare parts, so I tipped them well. The bed I chose ended up a tad darker. to my surprise, but is up to the manufacturer I guess and not these guys. Cons: The bedroom set consisted of a bed, 2 nightstands and a dresser. While the bed and 2 nightstands came only few days later than the expected arrival, the dresser arrived a month and a half later. Upon the first delivery, the delivery guys did not mention that there is no dresser up until the moment they finished assembling the bed, claiming that it arrived damaged and they will redeliver another one once it ships a few weeks later. While damages happen, and being in the industry I understand, I would have appreciated a choice of having these thing delivered all at once, instead of delivering these things one by one, as I got rid of my other bedroom set, to replace it with the one in question. Needless to say, I ended up being without a dresser for almost a month which was inconvenient. The bottom line is that if you don’t mind the wait, go for it. In all honesty, I feel that this is a 3.5 star review. I will give these guys 5 stars however, but hope that the owner understands my concern and improves the said area of communication for his future business.

What excellent and honest service! I thought these type of establishments no longer existed — anything to make the customer happy and we DEFINITELY are! Dmitry and his staff are wonderful! Quality and delivery of our furniture were as promised! Highly recommend them and will use them again when necessary!

AVOIDTHISFRNITUREPLACELIKETHEPLAGUE I found a couch I liked and this place had it and was to closer to my home than ordering it online so I took the chance and ordered my couch from here. Delivery was VERY late and when it DID arrive, 2 plain clothed men who appeared homeless(not a judgement just a fact), looked filthy– clothes were totally hokey and dirty and smells were terrible and had mouths full of bad gold teeth came to my home to deliver/assemble couch. I was absolutely scared and should have turned them away but waited so so long for the couch and my husband was home… big mistake!!! I stupidly went out of the room for approximately 5 minutes and when they left my Brand NEW iPhone 6 went missing!!! Now this is definitely a red flag because I NEVER left the house that day(WHY?) I was home all day waiting for the stupid delivery! My Last phone call was from my home to complain about the extreme lateness! About 15 minutes after the«delivery men» left I noticed my phone was gone! Myself, my husband and my nanny(of 3 years) scoured the entire apt before accusing the 2. In addition, my phone was fully charged and it was ON. 15 min after those so-called delivery men left – we called my phone and it was manually turned off. We were told Sorry no we didn’t take your phone(of course). When we called the company to complain and perhaps give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe the phone fell into the plastic or taken by error or maybe they thought my iPhone was THEIR iphone– no they said. We have cameras so after reviewing the footage we saw one guys hand on the counter where my phone was and both were crowding the area and the couch was placed in front of them(we believe strategically so). Nonetheless circumstantially we unequivocally know what really happened. unbelievable. These men were dressed in dirty jeans and shoes and we’re obviously NOT professional servicemen but likely some guys from the street and as it appears, they seem to have taken it upon themselves to seize an opportunity. It’s unfortunate and disgusting. Weeks and now months later the phone was Never found and was likely and probably sold on the black market by now by those two alleged delivery people. The salesman likely had NO idea about what happened but how he and this company handles the situation makes them just as bad if not worse… and when we spoke to him he believed the phone would turn up and said he asked those men and they said they had nothing! But of course they would – nothing else was done or said. Also as per the salesman, upon questioning their so-called delivery people, they said«we saw money and your phone on the counter.». so it seems they were quite observant for guys who were simply delivering a couch. The final straw was I called the company to speak to the owner to let him know what took place. I could never get the owner or manager for that mater. When I asked for the owner, some guy said who is this?. I said I am a customer and he said He could not«give out that information!!!». I said really??? what kind of business ISTHIS??? Firstly, as a legitimate business, hiring random unprofessional people(no uniforms, no English at all !! and completely disheveled) is wrong and the cheap labor to cost you good business is a bad decision and secondly not acknowledging any part of what I said as a customer is careless and shows they simply do not care and thirdly, they were downright rude to me and accused ME of lying! Why would a company accuse a consumer of saying her phone was missing for no reason at all when she did not leave the home the entire day as opposed to question those 2 men? Lastly, each time I call the phone rings like 20 times and then I get a callback from a different number like a cellphone where the person is on the street on a personal cell– being forwarded. You be the judge. In my opinion – based on my experiences with this company it is Not a Good ONE at all. I only gave them 1 star because the actual couch has held up and is nice but I wish I have LA Furniture or another co the business instead. Do yourselves a favor and spend the extra money for shipping at LA Furniture or look elsewhere and avoid this place Please. It’s not with it. Don’t allow them to do this to you or anyone else.

Bought the furniture from this guys last year, delivery was done 2 days later then scheduled, probably this guys think that everybody are waiting for them and don’t have any job. After they delivered the furniture for my master bedroom, that i paid about $ 5000 every single peace was damaged from the factory, owner of the store received pictures from me 3 days later and kept feeding me with promises that they will replace it. Same thing with my Dining set that paid over $ 2000 for, lags on my chairs where damaged. So basically stay away from them, they only goal is to sell, but they don’t care about you after that.
