awful receptionists speak with rude and disgraceful voices hang up the phone call in the middle of conversations several times. no regard for their jobs whatsoever. five stars for the doctor awesome lady but awful front desk personal with the exception of ella who is also a wonderful caring women!

The office has the rudest receptionist ever, especially a woman who identified herself as Tamara. She hang up on me three times in a row without even listening. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said that she does not have one and hang up right after. Important to note that I was very polite and patient to her.
This is unacceptable and the business as well as the doctor should not let its front desk employees treat the patients in such a disrespectful and careless way. I’m very surprised that the business still exists because if they treat the patients with such disgrace openly I’m afraid to imagine what they do behind the closed doors.

Not only is she my doctor, but she’s my boss, as well.
