My husband was here for only a short time before he passed away from the effects of Lewy Body Disease. The staff was wonderful and tried to the end to get him to eat and keep him as comfortable as possible. Caring for people with dementia is challenging and I saw every day how they cared for all the patients with good humor and kindness. The rooms were always clean — even the lady who constantly circulated emptying trash baskets was as cheerful and pleasant as one could imagine. It is clear that the home is well managed from the top down to attract so many wonderful people.

My mother was admitted here the final months of her life. Although she was terminal, she received excellent and attentive care… The staff went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met right until the end. I have no doubt she had better quality of life at this home than that of her own.
The facility is beautiful having been recently renovated and there are a lot of activities scheduled from live entertainment to karaōke. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one in need of skilled nursing, physical/​occupational/​speech therapy in the short or long term.

My mother was admitted here after a bad fall at home. She needed rehab in order to recover full mobility.
The facility is beautiful! The floors are really nice, and there are flat screen TVs in every room. The rehab staff were super nice, and helped mom a lot. She went from bed bound to walking with a walker in a few months. The nursing staff were very attendant.
Great facility. Would recommend to anyone needing rehab.

My father died 2 years ago. he was here less than 3 months and in that 3 months developed 8 bed sores, 2 were stage 4. If you do not know what a bdesore is, please look it up. He must have been in so much pain. When they sent him to the hospital because he was «unresponsive», they stole his dentures! His last week of life he had no teeth to eat with or talk. He was 79 yrs old.
My lawyer requested his medical records and after months, they sent her 120 pages. There should be 20 pages for each day he was there. Whenever they «fed» my dad, they asked us to leave the room. Why? Now I know after seeing nursing homes in Fla. that this is not the norm. As far as I am concerned, my dad died an early death due to the negligence of this nursing home. Please avoid at all costs.

I volunteered at this place when i was younger and i can attest they are a hard working, dedicated group that you can trust.
I’ve gone back to visit and say hi and some of the workers from years ago are still there.

My grandmother stayed here for five weeks earlier this year after fracturing her hip. She was no easy patient, after having suffered many strokes, and becoming largely dependent on the aid of others. My mother picked this home because of its close proximity to ours.
I had a traumatic fear of nursing homes when I was younger, but visiting this one put me at ease. Their staff people are so dedicated. Care is a really big issue today, for some more than others, and their patience and personal stories — among my conversations with them — make me admire them all the more.
