Cute spot in the heart of Williamsburg. Two floors first being seating and a bar against the back wall and second being the rooftop bar and more seating. I went when it was still winter but could see how this place would pack out on the rooftop for the summer. The bartender we had was excellent and made well crafted drinks even altering to our specific taste. I did not try the food here but it seemed to be upscale bar food. The prices were on par for the area.

Been here a few times, but last night I had the worst treatment possible. The food was good but we ordered huckleberry lemonade super watery!!! Our waitress said its naturally like that… What? A friend and I ordered food, bill was 65 I gave a 10 $ tip. The suggested tip was 13 or so… The service I received was mediocre. Next thing I know the manager came up to me and asked if everything was ok because I gave only 10 $ and just pressured me to leave the suggested tip which was very awkward and rude. You lost a customer. Not coming back here unless I’m strictly staying at the bar. For such a busy location you need more professionalism.

Spacious place to watch the game or just hang out with friends for drinks. There is a rooftop bar which is decently sized and there is a covered area just in case the weather is not soo great. Door man was friendly. I can’t stand when establishment has brutes guarding the door. So off-putting. Arriving at 6pm you can still get great seating but after 830p the place was crowded and continued to fill up as we were leaving. And this was a weeknight, so I can imagine the weekend must be even more packed. I ordered the huckleberry lemonade which I was surprised to find that it was a bit watered down in taste. I read it was«refreshing» but if you are going to serve me alcohol I expect to be served alcohol at an adult dose… not pediatric. Next I ordered cranberry and vodka, that came out as expected. The chickpea burger wasn’t as great as I would expect. Maybe it was the consistency; the patty was quite soft. I did enjoy the fries that came with it.

Will never return to this place ever again! It used to be a fun and chill place to go with friends but now it’s completely changed. The bouncers are extremely rude and also racist. My friend forgot her ID but had a picture of it on her phone(she’s in her 30s btw) and offered to pay the bouncer 20 dollars to get in and he looked at her and said«For Asians, $ 60.» AREYOUKIDDINGME??? He should have just refused us and said«sorry no physical ID, no entry.» Instead he had to make a racist comment; I was shocked. Also, my other friend wore a white shirt and was refused entry as well. Now I’m confused, is this a fancy club in the city or is this a rooftop bar in Williamsburg? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. STAYFARFARAWAY! I think management needs to reconsider who they hire as bouncers and ridiculous dress code policies. It is because of people like them that allow hate and racism to become proliferated. Rethink who you are using to represent your business and your image.

I went there on my friend’s birthday. Could not get in due to the dress code violation because I was wearing white shirt. This is not listed anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have been here many times. And it wasn’t until recently that I had the worse experience with them… The bouncers are extremely rude and racist. Made a remark about my friend being Asian and requested them to pay extra money to get in. Also, You can’t a white t-shirt to get in? While everyone else was in shorts and t shirts. At first, I decided to host my birthday here and was probably the worse decision I have ever made. My friends were given a hard time just because he wasn’t fluent in English when he was asked about his birthday and said his id was fake… He came from China and had a Chinese Id… All in all I will never recommend anyone to go to this place!

The rooftop bar has a nice atmosphere to it however it just gets too crowded sometimes. It is pretty nice after you get a table and you see the sun starting to set behind the city skyline. We got a couple orders of the park fries to munch on with our drinks. Don’t remember how much those were but the drinks are regular city prices. $ 10 for a cocktail. They also have frozen drinks but their lemonade is probably the most popular.

The first time that I went to Berry Park was two years ago, and it was a great success. I liked their rooftop, and they even played NSYNC. Obviously this was a win. Naturally, I was excited when my friends suggested that we go back. My most recent experience there sucked. It sucked because we didn’t even make it past the line to get in. While the bouncer let me and some of my friends in, he refused to let the other person who was with us in, claiming that he was in violation of the dress code. Absolutely ridiculous considering he wasn’t wearing sneakers or anything that could be deemed a violation of the dress code. Further, if you’re going to claim that someone is in violation of the dress code policy, maybe it would be a good idea to list it on your website so that people can come dressed accordingly? Just a thought…

This place used to be cool. The bouncers are super rude. We came to Brooklyn because we thought it was going to be chill but u can’t even wear a white shirt. I would never come back here again. Please don’t come here if u don’t want to be treated like garbage. Worst two bouncers I have met in NY and that says a lot. If u don’t want go to a bar that’s racist then don’t come here.

Nice bar and the lines aren’t that long at the bar(even tho my girlfriend disagrees). The view on the roof top is the most amazing part. You can see the NYC skyline displaying the Empire State and other near by buildings. The drink selections are pretty good. My personal favorite was The Illegal. I will definitely be back.

First off, when my brother called inquiring about reservations for this 30th birthday the girl on the phone told him they don’t take them. When we arrived early evening and went up to the roof deck there were reservation signs on tables. They clearly take them, I don’t understand why she lied. Second, the women’s bathroom was the most disgusting place. There was about an inch of water on the floor, they didn’t keep up with toilet paper replacement and half of it was wet on the floor. Third, we had been drinking pretty heavily for about four/five hours at Berry Park and no one was feeling anything from the alcohol. Do they water it down? I watched them pour and they looked pretty decent. Weird. The only slightly redeeming quality this place has it the roof deck.(And the cheeseburger was pretty good) We were finally able to get a picnic table up there after it stopped raining. Our smartest decision was to leave and find somewhere else to go. I will not ever return to Berry Park nor recommend it to anyone.

Could get crowded on a nice night. The music downstairs is better than the music upstairs which is odd because isn’t the roof where everyone wants to be? Cool for what it is.

First time at Berry Park today. I really enjoyed it. I went specifically because I saw they had frozen drinks. I was disappointed to find they only had one, but it was delicious. The Arnold Palmer is great and for $ 10 it’s a steal! I also had the frickles(fried pickles) with Chipotle Aioli and I enjoyed them as well. Who knew fried pickles were good?!

Berry Park is a great place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon, but only if you can find a seat on the roof. A few friends and I arrived a bit before sunset and the roof was packed. Their downstairs area was completely empty, but it wasn’t much to look at anyway. The roof has some nice views, another bar, and seating similar to a biergarten. We stuck around for a couple beers around sunset and picked up some frickles, Park fries, and a pretzel. The portions are pretty small for the price, but the food was pretty good and you’re here to hang out and drink in the views. Beer is averagely priced, think it was $ 8 for a half liter. I was too drunk to remember to try the Huckleberry Lemonade, which I will definitely try on a future visit.

Here’s some free advice: Don’t go to work. I don’t mean, don’t go to work ever again. Just don’t go on one of these nice days we’re having. Instead, you should go to Berry Park. Once you’re there, get yourself a Crabby’s ginger beer, or some Huckleberry Lemonade, or a bottle of rosé…whatever your hot weather drink of choice is normally… and drink it on their rooftop. Preferably with friends that you’ve also convinced to play hooky. That’s it. That’s my whole spiel. That one day of work isn’t going to make a big difference in the grand scheme of things, and your afternoon is going to be far, far more enjoyable.* And this is really how Berry Park should be experienced. The roof, on a nice day, when it isn’t too crowded. Eat something, too. Food is good. ______________ *If it isn’t, I’d like your job please.

Awesome bar in Brooklyn. I don’t venture out to Brooklyn too often, but I’m glad I did come here. It’s not far into Brooklyn off the L train, but it’s a bit of a walk from the subway stop(if you’re wearing heels). Drinks are average-pricey. The rooftop is awesome and fun with a good crowd. They have Pina Coladas /Strawberry Daiquiris($ 10 each) which I’m always a fan of. PLUS they have an awesome Belgian beer on tap called Leffe. It’s a blonde beer with hints of banana and so delicious. Highly recommend trying it out. Food was good — had the chick pea burger($ 13) that had this tasty and a little spicy roasted pepper sauce/mayo on top. For a veggie burger, it’s surprisingly heavy and filling. Very tasty.

Cute rooftop in Brooklyn. The main ground level looks like an upscale college sports bar. I would’ve probably never known this place had a pretty cool rooftop upstairs had I not looked it up on Unilocal beforehand. The main level is quite spacious with plenty of room to sit and stand around. The rooftop is a bit smaller but offers great views of Manhattan. This is not a skyscraper by any means. I would say probably about 4 – 5 stories high. However, I enjoyed my experience here. The crowd was made up of mostly young adults(20 – 30 something’s). The place was not as pretentious as some other rooftops in the city. Prices were surprisingly average($ 7-$ 12) beer/cocktails. I would definitely visit again.

Un chouette rooftop à New York.
