Great experience with Mike and Best Buy Auto Leasing. The process was easy, and having Mike and his expertise really helped me get the right car at the right price. I don’t know how he did it, but he blew the socks off the competition. GREAT JOB! The service and communication was excellent. I truly enjoyed this experience and would recommend Mike and Best Buy Auto Leasing to all my friends.

Can’t even express how happy I am even 6 months after the purchase! Mike is the guy who helps me along the way of ordering the car of my dream. They are able to find an allocation for a BMW M3, build to my spec even with special color request, and even give me the price that’s still unbeatable anywhere! (Yes! Even beat those heavily discounted, less attractive ones on the dealer lot!)
Mike helped me along the way from always updating the progress and respond to my ever so annoying follow up as soon as he could. (During the 4 month car manufacturing period)
I live all the way in Seattle, and I’m still puzzled how they’re able to pull out the car delivery quick and cheap. I would recommend them to all my friends and families! I finally decided to get my car from best buy auto leasing they come highly recommended, and just as I expected my experience was smooth sailing from beginning to end. Michael was amazing and had patience with my millions of questions… I told him what I wanted and he made it happen… I would definitely recommend their services to anyone…

This regarding phone contact: Meh. Typical Brooklyn car leasing experience. A polite person answered the phone and transferred me to sales.
Bored sounding fast speaking male answered and immediately asked me how much I’m spending and how much I’m willing to spend (ick) instead of what factors are important to me. I told him I was spending about 240/​month on my civic and he told me I could get a fully loaded Civic for 240. When I told him I wanted detailed information and asked if I should email separate queries for each make/​model he told me he could give me the information on the phone.
When you VOLUNTEER to help someone on the phone you’d better enjoy having conversations, not be rushed and enjoy informing people. NOT.
I asked him for the range of prices and he sounded a little defensive (hmmmm) saying, «there’s six different trims. which one do you want?» Ummm… ok…that’s why I’m called a leasing expert with a ton of great Unilocal reviews.

OK — I won’t belabor the point… he answered every question I asked, was not particularly forthcoming and I found it very irritating that he was immediately pushing me to get a car at my price limit.
As soon as someone is leasing a Honda civic you know they’re interested in keeping costs down and safety. Duh. So why be impatient at a value-​minded customer if you’re working in customer service. It’s called customer service not customer information for a reason.

I am aware this sounds like a picky review but the car leasing business is all about phone skills — I’m not walking into a leasing showroom. So if you don’t like talking on the phone to strangers and giving the same information over and over again don’t go into this business. I don’t have patience for people who sound bored and impatient in their jobs… it’s a big world. Move on and let someone else do it better.

Just picked up my family’s 4^th car from Eddie at Best Buy Leasing. He’s always nothing but helpful with anything that I need, and has extremely competitive pricing. The leasing experience itself with him is seamless and quick, unlike the hours that you have to deal with at the car dealerships.
Whether it was a Nissan, BMW or Jeep, Eddie always offered me the best deals out there and was helpful with anything that I needed. I’ve recommended him to many close friends of mine that have also had easy and successful deals completed for cars as well.

I leased a new 335 xi from Michael. Process was fairly simple.
He was much more helpful than Ralph at Grand Prix motors on Coney Island Ave (so you Unilocalers know!). In 2 – 3 days he was able to find the car that I was happy with. Put the application thru BMWFS and it was all done in a day. Took delivery of the car within 3 – 4 days, and mostly because I wanted a manual tranny so it needed to be delivered from out of state. Would definitely consider doing business with him again.
