Eli is very wonderful. He took the time to help me with my phone — replacing the LCD screen on my Galazy S4 — and even kept the store open to complete the order, so that it could be done right away. I definitely recommend this store and his services to anyone who needs a phone repair. Hopefully I won’t need another repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Eli/​BK cellphone XS.

My girlfriend took her iphone here after dropping it. Even though the girl working was friendly, she clearly had no idea what was happening. She proceeded to open the phone and told us we have to keep it over night because she needs to order a certain part. Its been about a week now and the phone is still broken. We took it back and brought it to a more certified technician who told us that there was no reason to open the phone, that there were old parts put into the phone, pieces missing and broken as well. After dealing with this nonsense — we ended up going getting a brand new phone and throwing that iphone out. STAY AWAY!!!

Funny how all the honest negative feedback affected the store owner. And now he has gotten his family/​friends, or even himself to make fake reviews about his store. Trying to justify the hard cold truth… pathetic. Get a life scammer
P.s at least be smart about it and change your Unilocal name Eli… you’re one of the business owners. Also, guys peep the dates of the reviews… right after my review went up. «Other Unilocalers» gave them a 5 star review. Mhmm, I wonder why. Seriously, these guys are so low. SCUMBAGS!

So I was walking home after work, and someone was handing out business cards on the corner for this store. I took a business card from him, looked at it and threw it away. As soon as that happened, the kid handing out cards started yelling at me. He started cursing and swearing at me, calling me names, etc. I pretended I didn’t hear him and kept walking. I went into a store to buy groceries. 2 min later he follows me in and continues yelling and cursing at me! This is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen! I calmly told him if he didn’t leave me alone, I would call the cops. He finally left.
I came home and called the store and asked if they had someone handing out their business cards on the corner, just to confirmed. The lady, with an attitude, says «yeah, so what!?» I told them their employee followed me, harassed me and if I ever see him again, I would call the police. Again, with an attitude she replies «So, what! I don’t care!»
I would never, ever go to this store, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. They’re rude, abusive, they harass people and have attitude for no reason. The least she could have done is apologized for the kid’s behavior, instead of making it seem like I’m somehow inconveniencing her.
Stay away from this store.

This place is the worst. I am sure this man does not know how to repair phones. I brought my phone to him for a new screen and other refurbishing. He installed the screen poorly and was very disinterested in my concern. He told me he didn’t care about my complaint and that I needed to wait longer for a proper repair. I am done with this place.
