This place is terrible. While the prices are extremely competitive, you are getting what you pay for. The wood they sell comes from inferior mills and is generally poorly manufactured. The width on hardwood flooring isn’t consistent. Neither is the tongue and groove alignment. The wood is not planed as correctly as it should be either resulting in a much more uneven floor once installed requiring significant sanding to achieve the expected results. I speak from 20,000 sqft of various sized flooring I have purchased and installed from BK Floors. If you don’t care and want the cheapest price, they will fill your appetite. If you don’t want a crappy floor that will possibly buckle, bow and warp, which may be too uneven to realistically sand out, be forewarned and go elsewhere. 3000 – 5000 sqft of what I purchased hasn’t had significant issues… yet, so 75% of several different batches of wood has warped. I bought wood from other suppliers as well which was installed in the same buildings and is still intact so it isn’t external nor installer issues related to the issues. Good luck and hopefully my review saves you my experience because I didn’t want a warped floor in exchange for paying a few pennies less per square foot.
