As I grew up in a Russian culture and will always harness it all my life to eating real fresh food from scratch. The meat is None of that cheap key food meat that no one really knows where it came from. Go in there try there steak I love there skirt and flippers (I believe that it called that) there best steaks blue the bead with vegetables was very good as well. They will marinade the steak if you want. They pack of skirt steak that 2 cost around 51 bucks but there are extremely good.

always great personalized service… and the best cuts of meat and quality cold cuts. lots of home cooked specialties. You get what you pay for!!!

Very friendly staff with good quality cuts of meat. I bought some beef short ribs a couple of weeks ago that were excellent.
Prices are a bit high. They charged ~$ 5.50/lb where the Chinese market on Avenue U charges almost two dollars less.

Two words. BUTTER STEAK!
It will change your life… I had no idea what butter steak. I actually still have no idea what it is but the marinated makes the steak sooo tasty.

My friend told me about this place, and I’ve liked it so much I’ve stopped going to Fairway for my meat. The butchers are very down to earth and accommodating. Love that they deliver too.

This butcher doesn’t list his prices. He also does not have computerized scales. He also has a couple of nasty countermen working there. They rarely wash their hands after handling chicken, or chopped meat.
To top it all off. Their prices are extremely high.

Real neighborhood butcher that cuts meat in front of you, does special orders, etc. A real find! Week in and week out, never a disapointment.
